Felix Arnold has filed for patents to protect the following inventions. This listing includes patent applications that are pending as well as patents that have already been granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

  • Publication number: 20070253851
Abstract: A rotating piston machine includes a driving rotor and a driven rotor, the axes of rotation of the rotors enclosing a particular axial angle. The rotors include gear teeth which mesh with one another. One of the rotors is adjustable axially in the housing and is acted upon by an adjusting force which counteracts the force brought about by the working pressure and a short circuiting gap between the gear teeth of the rotors by virtue of the appropriate displacement of the rotor.

  • Patent number: 7275920
Abstract: A rotary piston machine, with a driving part and a driven part, which are geared together, is proposed, for which these parts 17 and 18 run on a common stationary main axle 8.
    Type: Grant

  • Publication number: 20060263228
Abstract: A rotary piston machine has a driving part which is driven by an electric motor and a driven part which are geared together and engage one another for the delivery of a medium, the driven part being put under load in the direction of the driving part and the driven part being disposed on a bearing bushing at an appropriate angle to the driven part.

  • Publication number: 20050175493
Abstract: In a rotary piston machine with an inner housing and rotors, the axes of the rotors are disposed at an angle to one another in order to equalize manufacturing tolerances and to reduce gap losses of such machines.

  • Patent number: 5513969
Abstract: The invention comprises a rotary piston machine, which functions as a pump, compressor or engine, and in which the cogs (45) of teeth (46) of a rotating control part travel over a cycloidal surface (44) of a cycloidal part (42) in order to define work chambers (28), wherein the cycloidal part (42) likewise rotates (FIG. 10).

  • Patent number: 5460557
Abstract: A swim fin (1) for divers or swimmers, having a freely leading profile (7) as the fin blade, which always has a positive angle of attack on both the upwardly (II) and the downwardly (I) oriented stroke of the fin with respect to the oncoming flow direction of the water, which is a product of the forward motion and the stroke of the fin, wherein to increase the propulsive action with simultaneously great freedom of motion of the diver or swimmer, the profile (7) is disposed downstream, in the swimming direction, of the foot (11) of the diver or swimmer and is always located in the undertow of the foot of the swimmer, whether the stroke of the fin is oriented upward (II) or downward (I).

  • Patent number: 5014728
Abstract: A tent with a tarpaulin comprising a plurality of lengths of fabric and a set of tent poles stretching out the tarpaulin and comprising a plurality of tent poles that can be fitted together, the tent poles forming two tension frames, namely a floor frame and a roof frame, which on the one hand stretch out the lengths of fabric of the tarpaulin and on the other are supported against one another in a statically defined manner by means of lengths of fabric and/or ropes. The floor frame stretches out a flat hollow body serving as the tent floor, while the roof frame stretches out the roof and wall region of the tent tarpaulin, this region being joined to the tent floor.
