  • Publication number: 20250104827
Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and systems for classifying and/or monitoring a cancer of a subject. A method for assessing a cancer of a subject may comprise obtaining a data set comprising image and/or tabular data from the subject and processing the data with one or more trained algorithms to classify the cancer of the subject. The cancer of the subject may be assessed based on the results of the classification. The assessment may comprise determining a biomarker predictive of a response to a therapeutic intervention for treating the cancer of the subject.
    Type: Application
    Filed: August 23, 2024
    Publication date: March 27, 2025

  • Publication number: 20240145032
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for providing individualized prognostic assessments of breast cancer recurrence (e.g., locoregional recurrence). The systems and methods involve measuring gene expression from a patient sample to create a gene expression signature which identifies subjects who are not likely to benefit from radiotherapy following breast cancer surgery.

  • Publication number: 20220091102
Abstract: Methods and compositions are provided for screening candidate agents for inhibition of prostaglandin E synthase 3 (PTGES3) and anti-cancer activity against prostate cancer. In one aspect, a method of screening for a prostaglandin E synthase 3 (PTGES3) inhibitor for treating prostate cancer is provided, the method comprising: a) contacting PTGES3 with a candidate agent; and b) measuring inhibition of PTGES3 activity by the candidate agent. Screening assays may include determining the effectiveness of candidate PTGES3 inhibitors in reducing proliferation, survival, or androgen receptor abundance of prostate cancer cells.

  • Publication number: 20220033912
Abstract: Methods, systems, and kits for the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of breast cancer in a subject are disclosed. The invention also provides biomarkers and clinically useful classifiers for identifying subjects at low risk of breast cancer recurrence who may be spared from adjuvant chemotherapy and endocrine therapy. Further disclosed herein, in certain instances, are probe sets for use in detecting such biomarkers for determining the risk of breast cancer recurrence in a subject. Methods of treating breast cancer based on expression profiling to determine the risk of breast cancer recurrence are also provided.
