  • Patent number: 12348905
Abstract: A monitoring system for monitoring a patient in an examination space of an imaging apparatus may include an interface, a computing device and an output device. The interface can receive process data of the imaging examination and transfer it to the computing device. The computing device may process the process data and control the output device to provide an item of information of the imaging examination based on the process data. The monitoring system enables visual monitoring of the patient and of the item of information using the output device.

    Assignee: Siemens Healthineers AG
    Inventors: Stephan Nufer, Felix Horn
  • Patent number: 12274566
Abstract: A trajectory is determined for inserting a patient into an MR scanner. An avatar representing specific body dimensions is provided. The avatar includes location information relating to an implant. A spatial magnetic field gradient data set relating to the scanner is provided. An avatar pose at a starting point of the trajectory is defined, and a course for the trajectory is provided. For several points on the trajectory, the corresponding magnetic field value are determined by combining the spatial magnetic field gradient data set with the avatar pose. The trajectory and/or the avatar pose are determined so that the at least one implant only passes regions within the MR scanner that are below a predetermined threshold value concerning the magnetic field gradient.

  • Publication number: 20230227816
Abstract: The present disclosure provides materials and methods for cloning antibodies from single cells in pooled sequence libraries by selective PCR. The compositions and methods relate to isolating, cloning, and/or expressing one or more antibody sequences from a single cell from a pool of cells.

  • Publication number: 20230213680
Abstract: A method for localizing an object in the surroundings of an apparatus generating a stray magnetic field, wherein the object has a sensor arrangement including at least one magnetic field sensor, the method comprising: ascertaining at least one item of object information based on (i) stray-field information describing the spatial profile of the stray magnetic field at least within a region and (ii) at least one measured value measured with the sensor arrangement describing a location-dependent property of the stray magnetic field, the at least one item of object information describing at least one of the position or orientation of the object in the region.
