  • Publication number: 20150333444
Abstract: A quick ejecting card connector has an insulative housing, an auto ejecting assembly and a tray. The insulative housing has a cavity, a front opening and multiple terminals. The auto ejecting assembly is mounted on the insulative housing and has a locking lever, a resilient locking element and a resilient card ejecting element. The locking lever is mounted pivotally on the insulative housing and has a locking hook. The tray is mounted slidably in the cavity and has a locking hole selectively engaged with the locking hook of the locking lever to lock the completely inserted tray. When the locking hook of the lock lever is disengaged from the locking hole of the tray, the resilient card ejecting element ejects the tray and an electrical card thereon out of the front opening. The insertion and ejection of the tray and the electrical card are implemented without any assistant tools.

  • Publication number: 20150104938
Abstract: A method for forming a damascene opening, wherein the method comprises steps as follows: Firstly, a semiconductor structure comprising an inter-metal dielectric (IMD), a first hard mask layer and a second hard mask layer stacked in sequence is provided, wherein the semiconductor structure has at least one trench extending downwards from the second hard mask layer to the IMD. A plasma treatment is then performed to modify a portion of the first hard mask layer exposed from the trench. Subsequently, a wet treatment is performed to remove the second hard mask layer and a portion of the first hard mask layer, wherein the plasma-modified portion of the first patterned hard mask layer has a first removing rate substantially less than a second removing rate of the second hard mask layer in the wet treatment.

  • Publication number: 20150065888
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for obtaining a value of at least one vasodilation parameter representing the cutaneous local thermal hyperemia response of a subject. The temperature of a sampling site is raised from a first temperature to a second temperature and maintained for an initial heating period, and an initial maximum red blood cell flux (RBCF) of the sampling site and a mean arterial pressure of the subject is obtained. An initial maximum cutaneous vascular conductance (CVC1,max) is calculated by dividing the initial maximum RBCF by the mean arterial pressure. The CVC1, max or at least one other parameter derived therefrom is used as the vasodilation parameter.

  • Patent number: 7753729
Abstract: A connector has an insulative housing, a plurality of terminals and a metal shell. The insulative housing has a base and a tongue formed on the base. The terminals are mounted in the insulative housing. The metal shell covers the insulative housing and has a top, a space and a plurality of fastening tabs. The fastening tabs are formed on the top of the metal shell and extend from the top into the space to tightly press against a plug connector. Each fastening tab has two connecting ends, a first section and a second section. The connecting ends are connected to the top of the metal shell. With the connecting ends connected to the metal shell instead of free ends, the fastening tabs would not inadvertently extend out of the metal shell.

  • Patent number: 7682197
Abstract: A memory card connector has an insulative housing, a power switch and a plurality of conductive terminals. The power switch is mounted in the insulative housing, to detect a memory card and has a first detecting terminal and a second detecting terminal. The first and second detecting terminals are mounted in the insulative housing. The second detecting terminal selectively contacts the first detecting terminal to supply power to the memory card connector when the memory card is installed in the memory card connector. When the memory card is removed, the power switch cuts the power to the memory card connector to save power.

  • Patent number: 7422462
Abstract: A connector holds and is connected electrically with a memory card such as a subscriber identity module (SIM) card and has an insulative housing, a plurality of terminals and a cover. The insulative housing has two sidewalls and a pair of holders. The holders are formed respectively on the sidewalls, and each holder has a lateral segment and a limiting segment. The lateral segment is formed on a corresponding sidewall. The limiting segment protrudes from the lateral segment to define a gap between the limiting segment and the corresponding sidewall. The terminals are mounted in the insulative housing. The cover is connected pivotally with the insulative housing and has a pair of mounting legs. Each mounting leg is connected with a corresponding sidewall and has a limiting tab selectively extending into a corresponding gap to prevent the mounting leg from moving transversely to further prevent the cover from detaching.

  • Patent number: 7422493
Abstract: A terminal has a soldering portion, a body portion, a resilient arm portion, a first fulcrum and a pivot boss. The body portion is formed on the soldering portion. The resilient arm portion is formed on the body portion, is capable of pivoting and has a proximal end, a distal contacting portion and a distal section. The first fulcrum is defined between the body portion and the resilient arm portion and allows the resilient arm portion to pivot around the first fulcrum. The pivot boss serves as a second fulcrum, is formed on the resilient arm portion between the proximal end and the distal contacting portion, is adjacent to the distal section and selectively pivots the distal section. With the pivot boss, the terminal presents excellent resilient force.

  • Patent number: 7401095
Abstract: A system and method of composing a query object for application against a database is provided. The method composes a selection clause for the query. Next, a criteria clause for the query is generated, with the criteria clause comprising input criteria related to the query, additional criteria specified against the query, and generated criteria based on a joint relationship. Next a source clause utilizing elements in the database accessed by the query is generated. A database traversal system and method is provided. The method identifies all tables directly accessible by each table and creates a data structure comprising an entry for each table. The entry comprises an identification field for each table and a link field identifying all tables directly accessible by each table. The data structure is traversed and an optimum path of the traversal paths utilizing data obtained from traversing the data structure is identified.

  • Patent number: 7335039
Abstract: A memory card connector for a first memory card or a second memory card has an insulative housing, a terminal set and a shell. The insulative housing has a first space for the first memory card and a second space for the second memory card. The terminal set is mounted in the insulative housing and has plural terminals and at least two auxiliary terminals. Each auxiliary terminal has an engagement portion preventing a short circuit due to a wrong contact of the auxiliary terminal and the second memory. The memory card connector has only one terminal set, therefore is compact and has a low cost.
