Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer program products are disclosed for adaptive transmission with improved channel estimation for ultra-wideband communications. An example method includes receiving a set of reference signals. The example method also includes determining, using the set of reference signals, estimated channel error information for a channel. The example method also includes modifying a Signal-to-Interference-plus-Noise Ratio (SINR) based on the estimated channel error information. The example method also includes modifying a channel capacity based on the estimated channel error information. The example method also includes determining channel state information based on the modified SINR and the modified channel capacity. The example method also includes outputting the channel state information.

Abstract: An automobile oil filter radiator assembly is provided. The automobile oil filter radiator assembly includes a base and a radiator, where the base is elongated in shape through metal casting; one end of the base is integrally provided with a filter housing; the radiator is assembled on an upper surface of the base; the base is provided with an oil passage communicated with a filter and the radiator; the oil passage is longitudinally provided and divided into a first section and a second section; the first section is communicated with an inner chamber of the filter housing, and is provided with a first core opening extending towards the end of the base provided with the filter housing; the second section is provided with a second core opening extending towards the upper surface of the base; and the second core opening is sealed with a bottom surface of the radiator.

Abstract: Various embodiments of a hearing protection device and a method of forming such device are disclosed. The hearing protection device includes a first hearing protector, a second hearing protector, and an elongated connector including a first end that is connected to the first hearing protector and a second end that is connected to the second hearing protector. The device further includes a frangible attachment element disposed between a first portion of the elongated connector and a second portion of the elongated connector that temporarily connects the first portion to the second portion such that the elongated connector is in a compact configuration. The elongated connector is adapted to be disposed in an elongated configuration when the frangible attachment element is broken.

Abstract: A wheel-track magnetic suspension vehicle system includes a U-shaped channel and a magnetically-suspended vehicle therein. Arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped channel are two permanent magnet roadbeds and one wheel roadbed. Provided on the two permanent magnet roadbeds is a permanent magnet A; the magnetically-suspended vehicle includes a compartment body, a chassis, a front drive wheel, and a rear drive wheel. Two sides of the chassis are provided with a permanent magnet B. Permanent magnet B and permanent magnet A are vertically aligned and have the same polarity. The front drive wheel and rear drive wheel are arranged on the wheel roadbed. The two sides of the top part of the U-shaped channel are equipped with power supply line banks. The two sides of the compartment body are equipped with power pickup cables.

Abstract: A laminated glass mounted with a camera is provided. The laminated glass includes an external glass panel, an internal glass panel, and an intermediate bonding layer. A bracket is fixed to a fourth surface of the laminated glass. The camera is mounted on the bracket. An opaque resin layer is further disposed between the fourth surface and the bracket. The opaque resin layer has a visible light transmittance less than or equal to 3%. For each of the first surface, the second surface, the third surface, and the fourth surface of the laminated glass, no dark ceramic ink layer is disposed in a region which surrounds each optical transmitting window and has a periphery at least 10 mm away from a periphery of said each optical transmitting window.

Abstract: A windshield for a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the windshield are provided in the disclosure. The windshield includes an outer glass panel, an inner glass panel, and an intermediate adhesive layer. An opaque masking layer is disposed on at least one surface of the windshield. The opaque masking layer includes a dark ceramic-ink layer and an ultraviolet-drying ink layer. The dark ceramic-ink layer has a first no-ink region, the ultraviolet-drying ink layer is located in the first no-ink region, the ultraviolet-drying ink layer has a light transmitting region. According to the disclosure, an optical quality of the light transmitting region can be ensured, a diopter of the light transmitting region is less than or equal to 200 mdpt.

Thus, when message data from the first client is received, the message data may be added to a queue associated with the session identifier such that the message data may be provided from the queue to the second client based on the session identifier.

Abstract: The present invention provides a low-energy coastal beach restoration method, comprising: constructing a convex beach berm, determining an aspect ratio of the beach berm edge, determining a beach face slope, performing sand replenishment, determining the dredging zone and dredging depth, and determining the steps of building a sediment groin. The present invention utilizes the feature of the convergence effect of the wave energy on the headland, artificially constructs a convex headland shaped beach berm, and determines the required beach face range and slope according to the convex beach berm edge. During beach restoration, dredging around the beach face, while reducing mud sources and increasing the nearshore water depth, it also builds a convex nearshore terrain, which effectively increases the wave energy at the restoration site and improves the coast muddy situation of low-energy coasts.

Abstract: Simulating a circuit design using a data processing system includes partitioning the circuit design into a top-level design and a sub-design along a boundary defined by one or more stream channels coupling a component of the top-level design with the sub-design. The sub-design is extracted from the circuit design and replaced with a stub having a client socket. A wrapper having a server socket is added to the sub-design. The top-level design and the sub-design are compiled into respective simulation kernels. The circuit design is simulated by executing the respective simulation kernels concurrently. The respective kernels communicate over a socket connection established by the client socket and the server socket. In other aspects, the partitioning results in partitions such that one partition is simulated as software and another partition is implemented in circuitry such that the circuit design may be hardware co-simulated.

The method plays, on a target audio file set interface, an audio preview clip of at least one audio file in a target audio file set in response to a previewing request of previewing the target audio file set without entering a target audio file set detailed interface, so that a user can quickly preview the target audio file set through auditory sense, and the user can preview the at least one audio file in the target audio file set at a time, which is simple in operation. In addition, embodiments of the present application further display, on the target audio file set interface, information of an audio file corresponding to the audio preview clip that is currently played during previewing, such as name and/or singer.

Abstract: Voicemail spam detection is performed based on content of voicemail messages. The content of an incoming voicemail message is compared to a spam template that includes a representation of a spam voicemail. Spam templates may be generated based on spam indications provided by users for voicemail messages they have received. User indications for sufficiently similar voicemail messages may be aggregated by maintaining a vote count for a spam template that reflects how many times a user has indicated a matching voicemail message is spam. A spam template may also include an occurrence count that reflects how many times voicemail messages matching a spam template have been detected in a telephony system. An incoming voicemail message may be compared to spam templates and, responsive to a match of content and/or a corresponding vote count or occurrence count meeting a condition, the voicemail message may be identified as spam.

Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of ship engineering, and provides a ship real wind measuring device calibration method. In this method a ship sway simulator is build using a 2-axis ganged platform, natural wind is simulating generated using a wind tunnel flow field. Then the ship sway simulator is controlled to simulate the ship spatial motion under the disturbance of stormy waves. Furthermore, the data of the wind speed and direction is obtained under different sway angles and speeds. So that the database of wind direction and speed measurement, attitude measurement, actual wind direction and speed measurement is formed. Subsequently, a calibration model based on BP neural network is constructed using this database, a ship real wind direction and speed calibration algorithm is formed, which can calibrate a ship real wind measuring device.

The method includes uniaxially stretching a cord formed of copolymer including ethylene segments and vinyl acetate segments to form a cold-drawn cord. A method for preparing the earplug assembly includes attaching the first and second ends of the cord to the first and second earplugs, respectively, by contacting a hot tip to the proximal end of the stem of the earplug to form an attachment point, removing the hot tip, and contacting or inserting the end of the cord to the attachment point to thermally bond the end of the cord to the stem of the earplug.

Abstract: Disclosed approaches involve simulating a circuit design specified in a hardware description language (HDL). During simulation, a thread is started at an edge of a simulation clock signal for evaluation of states of a finite state machine (FSM) that represent a series of events specified in a statement in the HDL. The thread transitions from one state to a next state in the FSM in response to evaluation of the one state. In response to encountering a fork state in the FSM, the thread is forked into two threads during simulation. The fork state represents a composite operator in the statement, and the FSM has a branch from the fork state for each operand of the composite operator. In response to encountering a join state in the FSM by the two threads, the two threads are joined into one thread.
