The control method of the charge-discharge device comprising: receiving an input voltage signal via a configuration channel of a USB port; sampling the input voltage signal in a predetermined period to generate a plurality of sampling values; selectively connecting the configuration channel to a pull-down circuit or a pull-up circuit according to the sampling values, receiving a first charging voltage via a power channel of the USB port when the configuration channel is connected to the pull-down circuit, and outputting a second charging voltage via the power channel when the configuration channel is connected to the pull-up circuit.

    Abstract: A combination tool holder includes a holder body, at least one tool adapter and a bolt. The holder body defines therein a through hole including an enlarged-diameter segment, a reduced-diameter segment and a tapered segment. A stepped surface is formed between the enlarged-diameter segment and the reduced-diameter segment. The tool adapter defines therein a channel and has a combining end. The combining end has a conical surface configured to be received in the tapered segment. The bolt includes a screw and a nut. The nut is configured to abut against the stepped surface while the screw extends into the tapered segment to engage with the combining end. By screwing the bolt, the conical surface is driven to press against the tapered segment, making the through hole and the channel coaxial.

    Abstract: A paper-width detecting device includes a paper guide, a conductive element, a circuit board and a control-processing unit. The paper guide is movably disposed on a paper tray for accommodating different sizes of papers. The conductive element attaching to the paper guide and moving simultaneously with the paper guide has a plurality of first conductive portions. The circuit board has a plurality of conductive wires, which is formed by a plurality of separated second conductive portions on the surface of the circuit board. An insulating region is formed between any two adjacent second conductive portions of each conductive wire. The control-processing unit is for providing an electric voltage between the conductive wires and the conductive element. When the paper guide presses against the paper, the control-processing unit generate a paper-width value corresponding to the number of current passages formed between the first conductive portions and the corresponding conductive wire thereof.
