    Abstract: A laser welding device for large-diameter pipes includes a hanging unit which consists of two semi-circular pieces. A rotary displacement unit includes a gear. A welding unit includes a welding gun and a fixed base. The welding gun is connected to the fixed base, and the rotary displacement unit is connected to the fixed base. By hanging the hanging unit on a first workpiece, and butt-joining a second workpiece to the first workpiece, the rotary displacement unit drives the welding unit, enabling the rotary displacement unit and the welding unit to rotate circumferentially along the q arc-shaped rack bars of the hanging unit to perform pipe welding.

    Abstract: A laser welding device includes a base having two support members to fix a first workpiece and a second workpiece. A positioning assembly positioned above the base includes a fixed clamp and two connecting pieces which are respectively located on both sides of the fixed clamp. A laser device and a reflection assembly are respectively attached to the fixed clamp. The fixed clamp is connected to a support assembly. The reflection assembly includes a reflection mirror corresponding to the laser device. A drive assembly is attached to the support assembly of the laser device. A linkage rotation assembly is connected between the drive assembly and the connecting pieces of the positioning assembly. The positioning assembly gathers two respective end faces of the first and second workpieces to proceed end-to-end welding operation by the laser device, the reflection assembly, and the linkage rotation assembly to the two respective end faces.

A laser unit is pivotally connected to a swinging member which is connected to the linkage tube of the linkage assembly. A drive unit including a motor, a driving gear, and a driven gear. A rotation unit is connected to the swinging member of the laser unit. The laser unit rotates relative to the first workpiece and the second workpiece during welding, ensuring a stable rotation at the joining faces of the two workpieces.

    Abstract: A device for outputting a chrominance signal and a method thereof are disclosed. The device includes a motion detection unit, a frame edge detection unit, and an output unit. The motion detection unit judges a motion degree of a frame. The frame edge detection unit judges whether a non-3D luminance signal is extracted from an edge of the frame. The output unit outputs one of a 3D chrominance signal and a non-3D chrominance signal as a resultant chrominance signal according to the motion degree which is judged by the motion detection unit and the judgment result of the frame edge detection unit. The present invention is capable of appropriately selecting the 3D chrominance signal and the non-3D chrominance signal when the frame is in the motion condition.

    Abstract: A device for outputting a luminance signal and a method thereof are disclosed. The device includes an image smoothing unit, a band pass filter unit, and a summing unit. The image smoothing unit receives a 2D luminance signal and decreases a signal intensity of a component of the 2D luminance signal within a frequency range with respect to a carrier frequency of a chrominance component. The band pass filter unit passes the component of the 2D luminance signal within the frequency range with respect to the carrier frequency. The summing unit sums the output of the image smoothing unit and the output of the band pass filter unit to generate a resultant luminance signal. The present invention is capable of avoiding the occurrence of saw-tooth or sparkling situation caused by inharmonious switching between a 1D comb filter and a 2D comb filter.
