    Abstract: The present application provides a semiconductor device and the method of making the same. The method includes recessing a fin extending from a substrate, forming a base epitaxial feature on the recessed fin, forming a bar-like epitaxial feature on the base epitaxial feature, and forming a conformal epitaxial feature on the bar-like epitaxial feature. The forming of the bar-like epitaxial feature includes in-situ doping the bar-like epitaxial feature with an n-type dopant at a first doping concentration. The forming of the conformal epitaxial feature includes in-situ doping the conformal epitaxial feature with a second doping concentration greater than the first doping concentration.

When the top cover is separated from the bottom cover, the elastic member is compressed by the external force, and the second set of serrated teeth is separated with the first set of serrated teeth, the third set of serrated teeth engage with the fourth set of serrated teeth, and the fastener is rotated to detached from the bottom cover.

The shaft moves with the balloon to generate a twisting force, the bearing unit counterbalances the twisting force to prevent the cable being twisted with the wires.

The rubber cover includes a block portion extending to and received in the first passing portion of the first receiving hole. When a fastener on a wall is positioned at the first locking portion by way of the first passing portion, the block portion of the rubber cover blocks the first passing portion to prevent the fastener from moving away the first locking portion.
