    Abstract: Provided is a method of fabricating a filter medium including the following steps. An assembly of first fiber is formed by a first spinning device. A plurality of second fiber is formed by a second spinning device. On a reception device is collected a film having a three-dimensional non-woven structure constructed by the first fibers and the second fibers. Each of the first fibers has a diameter of 1-50 ?m. Each of the second fibers has a diameter of 1-1000 nm. The second spinning device is positioned between the first spinning device and the reception device. The first fibers and the second fibers stack with each other in a random manner to form the three-dimensional non-woven structure.

    Abstract: An electronic device having a rotatable support is provided. A main body includes a first cylindrical engaging hole with a plurality of first internal gear teeth. A support body includes a second cylindrical engaging hole with a plurality of second internal gear teeth. A gear includes a first portion inserted in the first engaging hole and engaging with the first internal gear teeth, and a second portion inserted in the second engaging hole and engaging with the second internal gear teeth, to restrict the support body from rotating with respect to the main body. A spring member is compressed between the gear and main body in the first engaging hole, to urge the gear to move away from the main body. A button depressibly mounted on the support body is depressed to move the gear out of the second engaging hole, thereby disengaging the support body from the gear.

A plurality of isolation trenches are etched through an etch stop layer into the semiconductor substrate leaving narrow and wide active areas between the trenches. An oxide layer is deposited over the etch stop layer and within the trenches using a high density plasma chemical vapor deposition process (HDP-CVD) having a deposition component and a sputtering component wherein after the oxide layer fills the trenches, the deposition component is discontinued while continuing the sputtering component until the oxide layer is at a desired depth. In one method, the oxide layer overlying the etch stop layer in the wide active areas is etched away. The etch stop layer and oxide layer residues are removed to complete planarized STI regions.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method are disclosed for purifying a contaminated fluid stream, for example an air stream contaminated with volatile organic compounds. A sorption media is directed between narrowly spaced plates which control the depth of sorbant flow. In an adsorber the plates are porous to allow the contaminated air to pass into an adsorption chamber where the media removes the contaminates from the fluid stream. In a desorber the plates may be transmissive or reflective of microwave energy and porous to a purging gas in a desorption chamber where the media releases the contaminates to refresh the media. An inclined plane or conical surface is contemplated for a desorber which can be coupled to an adsorber in a closed loop system.
