Abstract: A light emission module is provided. The light emission module includes a substrate, a plurality of LED chips disposed on the substrate, a fluorescent colloid and a package colloid surrounding the plurality of LED chips. The substrate includes a substrate body and a plurality of chip pads disposed thereon for carrying the LED chips. A plurality of via holes is formed passing through the chip pads and the substrate body to enhance the heat dissipation of the LED chips. The fluorescent colloid and the package colloid both have light guide structures to improve the color stability and the capacity to process the light shape of the light emission module.

Abstract: A safety syringe includes a barrel, a push rod, a driving module, and a needle mount. The barrel includes a hollow passage and a barrel cover, and the push rod includes a pad disposed around a distal portion and pushed tightly along the hollow passage of the barrel, and the barrel cover includes a plunger, a driving module of a piston pump, and a needle mount having a cut surface at the piston pump, such that the distal portion of the push rod pushes the plunger to move forward, while the cut surface of the distal portion and the cut surface of the needle mount are pressed to separate with each other, and the plunger continues moving forward to offset the air pressure therein, so as to retract the needle mount into a push rod accommodating cavity to accommodate the needle safely after an injection is taken place.

Abstract: An exemplary method for surface mounting an electronic component onto a pad of a printed circuit board is provided. The electronic component and the printed circuit board are located onto a platform. An outline image of the electronic component is captured using a first image sensing device. Coordinates of a geometrical center of the electronic component are determined using a central processing device. An outline image of the pad is captured using a second image sensing device. Coordinates of a geometrical center of the pad are determined using the central processing device. The electronic component is moved onto the pad using a picking-up/placing device according to the coordinate of the geometrical center of the electronic component and the coordinate of the geometrical center of the pad. The electronic component can be registered with the pad exactly using the method.

The email message is rejected if the receiving number is higher than a first setting value and the email message conforms to the email characteristics recorded in a specific email record; the email message is accepted first and then deleted if the receiving number is higher than a second setting value and the email address of the recipient of the email message does not appear in the recipient field of the email message; and the email message is accepted and forwarded to a specific mailbox if the receiving number is lower than the second setting value and more than a third setting value and the email address of the recipient of the email message does not appear in the recipient field of the email message.

Abstract: A baby nursing frame assembly comprised of two arched mounting plates fastened to a baby's bed at two opposite sides, two supporting bars pivoted to the baby's bed at two opposite sides and locked to the two arched mounting plates by lock nuts, and a suspension frame, which has a ring at the middle for holding a nursing bottle and two opposite ends bent at right angles and respectively inserted into the boring bore on each supporting bar and locked in place by lock screws. By loosening the lock nuts, the supporting bars and the suspension frame can be folded down; by loosening the lock screws, the suspension frame can be adjusted to the desired level.
