The light emission module includes a substrate, a plurality of LED chips disposed on the substrate, a fluorescent colloid and a package colloid surrounding the plurality of LED chips. The substrate includes a substrate body and a plurality of chip pads disposed thereon for carrying the LED chips. A plurality of via holes is formed passing through the chip pads and the substrate body to enhance the heat dissipation of the LED chips. The fluorescent colloid and the package colloid both have light guide structures to improve the color stability and the capacity to process the light shape of the light emission module.

The electronic component and the printed circuit board are located onto a platform. An outline image of the electronic component is captured using a first image sensing device. Coordinates of a geometrical center of the electronic component are determined using a central processing device. An outline image of the pad is captured using a second image sensing device. Coordinates of a geometrical center of the pad are determined using the central processing device. The electronic component is moved onto the pad using a picking-up/placing device according to the coordinate of the geometrical center of the electronic component and the coordinate of the geometrical center of the pad. The electronic component can be registered with the pad exactly using the method.

By loosening the lock nuts, the supporting bars and the suspension frame can be folded down; by loosening the lock screws, the suspension frame can be adjusted to the desired level.
