    Abstract: Embodiments of an Extremely High Throughput Station (EHT STA) (STA1) configured for operating in a next-generation (NG) wireless local area network (WLAN) are described herein. In some embodiments, the EHT STA encodes a common signal field (SIG) (Coex-SIG) of an EHT PPDU to include a TXOP duration field. The TXOP duration field is more than seven bits to indicate an actual TXOP duration of a transmission from the EHT STA comprising the EHT PPDU transmitted to a second station (STA2). Decoding the TXOP duration field of the EHT PPDU by a third-party station (STA4) causes the third-party station (STA4) to defer a transmission until after an end of the transmission from the second station (STA2).

    Abstract: The present invention provides a ceramic wafer with a surface shape and a manufacturing method thereof. The ceramic wafer has an upper surface and a lower surface, and at least one of the upper surface and the lower surface has an irregular surface shape. The total thickness variation (TTV) value between the two surfaces ranges from 0.1 to 100 ?m. The ceramic wafer with the surface shape of the present invention, by controlling the total thickness variation of the wafer, not only helps the coating, but also improves the flow of the fluid, and can improve the bonding force of the coating and reduce the surface defects in the subsequent process.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is an L-glutamate dehydrogenase mutant, the sequence of the L-glutamate dehydrogenase mutant being a sequence in which amino acid residue A at position 175 in SEQ ID NO: 1 is mutated to be G, and amino acid residue V at position 386 is mutated to be an amino acid residue having less steric hindrance. Further disclosed in the present invention is an application of the described L-amino acid dehydrogenase mutant in the preparation of L-glufosinate-ammonium or a salt thereof. When the L-glutamate dehydrogenase mutant of the present invention is used to prepare L-glufosinate-ammonium or a salt thereof, compared to an L-glutamate dehydrogenase mutant in which only position 175 or 386 is mutated, the specific enzyme activity is higher. Therefore, the action efficiency of the enzyme is improved, reaction costs are reduced, and industrial production is facilitated.
