  • Patent number: 7474082
Abstract: This present invention relates to a voltage converting apparatus with auto-adjusting boost-multiple, which includes a microprocessor unit, a boost multiple control unit, a boost unit, and a voltage converting unit. According to the digital signal, the microprocessor unit generates an output voltage information and a converting multiple information. According to the output voltage information, the boost multiple control unit computes the corresponding relation between an output voltage and an input voltage in order to generate the boost multiple information. Based on the boost multiple information, the boost unit can amplify the output voltage to generate an converting operation voltage. The voltage converting unit operates between the converting operation voltage and a fist voltage, and converts a reference voltage into the output voltage according to the converting multiple information.

  • Publication number: 20080174536
Abstract: A driving signal generating device for staggering transition time of driving signals to prevent image crosstalk for a display device includes a receiving terminal, a first adjusting unit, a multiplexer, a second adjusting unit and a frame output controller. The receiving terminal receives a plurality of step grayscale waveforms. The first adjusting unit transforms the plurality of step grayscale waveforms into a plurality of initial grayscale waveforms and further adjusts widths of the plurality of initial grayscale waveforms according to a first predetermined value to generate a plurality of grayscale waveforms. The multiplexer selects a first grayscale waveform from the plurality of grayscale waveforms. The second adjusting unit then adjusts a width of the first grayscale waveform according to a second predetermined value to generate a second grayscale waveform. The frame output controller controls output of the first grayscale waveform and the second grayscale waveform.

  • Publication number: 20080012817
Abstract: A driving method for a display panel generates AC-converting signals by setting pin levels of a driving circuit. Data pins of a driving circuit operating in a common mode are set according to a frequency-dividing ratio. Based on a line latch pulse signal and the data pins of the driving circuit operating in common mode, a corresponding AC-converting signal is generated and sent to another driving circuit operating in segment mode or common mode.

  • Publication number: 20070290340
Abstract: A chip structure including a chip, at least an arrangement of side pads and multiple bumps is provided. The chip has an active surface, and the arrangement of side pads is disposed on the active surface and close to a side of the active surface. The arrangement of side pads includes multiple pads arranged along the extending direction of the side, and the bumps are disposed on the pads. Each bump has a first portion and a second portion, wherein the second portion is connected to the first portion along an axis perpendicular to the extending direction of the side. In addition, the width of the first portion in the extending direction of the side is larger than that of the second portion in the extending direction of the side. The second portion of the bump is located between the first portions of two bumps adjacent to the bump.

  • Publication number: 20070030026
Abstract: A multiple-time programming apparatus and method using one-time programming (OTP) elements are provided. The apparatus comprises a first adjusting OTP element, a second adjusting OTP element and a calculation device. An adjusting data is written into the first adjusting OTP element. When a modification in an IC is desired, the difference between a desired data and the prior adjusting data is written into the second adjusting OTP element. The calculation device adds the first OTP signal outputted from the first adjusting OTP element and the second OTP signal outputted from second adjusting OTP element, and outputs the resulting OTP signal with desired value. Thus, the apparatus and the method according to an embodiment of the present invention allow modification of data using the OTP elements that prevents from using expensive multiple-time programming elements.
