The present invention can effectively reduce the number of times for metal mask positioning and replacement to significantly reduce the manufacturing time and decrease the contamination resulted from the replacement of the metal mask. Besides, the electrical connection formed by laser scanning can connect a plurality of organic optoelectronic components in series and arrange them side by side.
