    Abstract: A diffuser, an airflow generating apparatus, and an electrical device are provided. The airflow generating apparatus includes a motor; an impeller including blades with air passages formed therebetween; and a diffuser including diffusing vanes with diffusing channels formed therebetween. In a flow region defined between a terminating end of one diffusing vane and a starting end of another adjacent diffusing vane, an intersection line between a bottom of the diffusing channel between the two diffusing vanes and its circumferential section includes a front arcuate line segment and a subsequent straight line segment, the arcuate line segment extends curvedly, outwardly and downwardly from or from adjacent an inlet end of the diffusing channel, the straight line segment connects to the arcuate line segment and extends to an outlet end of the diffusing channel. The diffusing channel is designed to improve the operating efficiency of the airflow generating apparatus.

The method sends the graded product cluster template to an automated manufacturing device, wherein the automated manufacturing device manufactures a first assembly from the second plurality of assemblies based on the graded product cluster template.

    Abstract: A fan of a vacuum cleaner includes a motor, an impeller, and a diffuser. The diffuser includes a bottom plate and guide vanes disposed on the bottom plate. The guide vanes are evenly spaced and arranged along a circumferential direction of the bottom plate. Each guide vane extends obliquely from an inner edge to an outer edge of the bottom plate. An outer end of each guide vane extends beyond the outer edge of the bottom plate. Each guide vane is deflected an angle of 30 to 70 degrees with respect to a tangential direction of the bottom plate at the inner end of the guide vane. The outer end of each guide vane is deflected an angle of 35 to 120 degrees along a circumferential direction with respect to the inner end of the guide vane.

The method determines a plurality of angles of arrival for a corresponding plurality of paths between the mobile user equipment and the multiple antennas. The method transmits a plurality of downlink probing signals directionally toward corresponding angles of arrival in the plurality of angles of arrival. Each downlink probing signal is a virtual antenna port with respect to the mobile user equipment. The method receives channel state information. The method composes at least one of a rank indicator (RI), precoding matrix indicator (PMI), or modulating and coding scheme (MCS) for downlink data transmission to the mobile user equipment.

    Abstract: Systems and methods of determining a device position are described. GPS and cellular signals, in addition to VIO displacement are used to determine the device position via a loose or tight coupling algorithm. Both algorithms iteratively linearize base station position equations around an intermediate position that changes each iteration based on VIO displacement and solves the linearized solutions until convergence. The loose coupling algorithm uses the GPS fix as an initiation position, linearizing and solving using the base station equations only. The tight coupling algorithm linearizes both the base station and GPS position equations, using an arbitrary initial position. To account for multipath effects, the linearization and solution are performed for multiple random sets of measurements and the position with the smallest error metric is selected.

The BS may receive an indication from the neighbor BS that a neighbor BS is to dedicate the subset of time-frequency resources to serve aerial vehicle UE, and based on the indication, the BS may reduce transmission activities in the subset of time-frequency resources, including refraining from transmitting or reducing an amount of information or power level of signaling to the aerial vehicle UEs.

The measurement report includes the aerial height of the UE and the measurement report generation triggered based on one or more triggering events associated with the plurality of height thresholds. RRC signaling from the source eNB is decoded, the RRC signaling including a handover command. The handover command is based on a handover decision by the source eNB using the measurement report. A handover from the source eNB to the target eNB is performed based on the handover command.

    Abstract: Devices and methods of providing joint scheduling in a full-duplex LTE system are generally described. The UE measures intra-cell interference at the UE caused by a UL transmission from each intra-cell UE, calculates a ratio of the intra-cell interference over an average inter-cell interference, determines whether the intra-cell UE is an aggressor or non-aggressor based on whether the ratio exceeds a threshold, transmits at least some of the determinations to the eNB as feedback, and communicates with the eNB based on a schedule that is dependent on the feedback such that the UE is neither an aggressor nor is subject to interference from aggressors. The schedule may also be based on wideband CQI feedback based on a ratio of an average overall DL interference plus noise over the average inter-cell interference plus noise and/or subband CQI feedback based on SINR measurements.
