The backplate includes a plurality of acoustic holes. The backplate is disposed on one side of the diaphragm. An air gap is formed between the backplate and the diaphragm. The current sensing units, coupled to the memory cell strings. In a search operation, a determination that whether any of the data stored in the memory cell strings matches a data string to be searched is made according to whether the one or more current sensing units detect current from the memory cell strings, or according to the magnitude of the current flowing out from the memory cell strings detected by the one or more current sensing units.

    Abstract: SRAM designs based on GAA transistors are disclosed that provide flexibility for increasing channel widths of transistors at scaled IC technology nodes and relax limits on SRAM performance optimization imposed by FinFET-based SRAMs. GAA-based SRAM cells described have active region layouts with active regions shared by pull-down GAA transistors and pass-gate GAA transistors. A width of shared active regions that correspond with the pull-down GAA transistors are enlarged with respect to widths of the shared active regions that correspond with the pass-gate GAA transistors. A ratio of the widths is tuned to obtain ratios of pull-down transistor effective channel width to pass-gate effective channel width greater than 1, increase an on-current of pull-down GAA transistors relative to an on-current of pass-gate GAA transistors, decrease a threshold voltage of pull-down GAA transistors relative to a threshold voltage of pass-gate GAA transistors, and/or increases a ? ratio of an SRAM cell.

    Abstract: A photolithography exposure of a photoresist coating on a semiconductor wafer uses an optical projection system to form a latent image. The photolithography exposure further uses a mask with a set of multiple pattern focus (MPF) marks. Each MPF mark of includes features having different critical dimension (CD) sizes. The latent image is developed to form a developed photoresist pattern. Dimension sizes are measured of features of the developed photoresist pattern corresponding to the features of the MPF marks having different CD sizes. A spatial focus map of the photolithography exposure is constructed based on the measured dimension sizes. To determine the focal distance at an MPF mark, ratios or differences may be determined between the measured dimension sizes corresponding to the features of the MPF marks having different CD sizes, and the focal distance at the location of the MFP mark constructed based on the determined ratios or differences.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a CMOS image sensor having a multiple deep trench isolation (MDTI) structure, and an associated method of formation. In some embodiments, the image sensor comprises a boundary deep trench isolation (BDTI) structure disposed at boundary regions of a pixel region surrounding a photodiode. The BDTI structure has a ring shape from a top view and two columns surrounding the photodiode with the first depth from a cross-sectional view. A multiple deep trench isolation (MDTI) structure is disposed at inner regions of the pixel region overlying the photodiode, the MDTI structure extending from the back-side of the substrate to a second depth within the substrate smaller than the first depth. The MDTI structure has three columns with the second depth between the two columns of the BDTI structure from the cross-sectional view. The MDTI structure is a continuous integral unit having a ring shape.

The method includes depositing photoresist on a semiconductor substrate to form a photoresist layer on the semiconductor substrate. The photoresist layer is exposed to radiation. The photoresist layer is developed using a developer solution. The semiconductor substrate is cleaned with a first cleaning liquid to wash the developer solution from the photoresist layer. A tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH) solution is applied to the semiconductor substrate to reduce charges accumulated in the semiconductor substrate.
