    Abstract: A method for pretreatment of a biological sample for radionuclides measurement using gamma-spectroscopy includes the following steps: (1) subjecting the biological sample to washing, air-drying for surface water removal, and weighing to obtain a clean and dry sample, and grinding and pulping the clean and dry sample or cutting the clean and dry sample into sections to obtain a sample pulp or sample sections; (2) spraying the sample pulp or sample sections with liquid nitrogen for quick-freezing to obtain a frozen sample; (3) transferring the frozen sample into a vacuum lyophilizer, and lyophilizing the frozen sample to obtain a lyophilized sample; (4) collecting, weighing, grinding, and sieving the lyophilized sample to obtain a biological lyophilized powder; and (5) filling the biological lyophilized powder into a weighed sample box, tamping or compacting, sealing, and weighing to obtain a to-be-measured sample for the radionuclide measurement using gamma-spectroscopy.

    Abstract: An apparatus for high yield foaming of coffee has a pressure control mechanism, a gas pressure source, a water reservoir and a back pressure resonance mechanism, wherein a coffee outlet is arranged at a lower part of the back pressure resonance mechanism. When a button is pressed, water having a controlled water pressure enters a coffee placement cavity to be mixed with the coffee and extracted. One resonance needle and a colloid ring constitute a resonance cavity. When pressed coffee slurry passes through the resonance cavity, due to the pressed coffee slurry and a special structure of the resonance cavity, the coffee slurry is sufficiently foamed after high-frequency oscillation and flows out of the coffee outlet.

    Abstract: An overtemperature protection circuit used for a switching power supply having a power switch includes a control circuit coupled to the power switch and configured to control, by a control terminal, on and off of the power switch, the control circuit having a sampling terminal for sampling a demagnetization signal of the switching power supply; and a temperature measurement circuit coupled between the control terminal and the sampling terminal. While the power switch is on, the control circuit clamps voltages at the control terminal and the sampling terminal to form a potential difference, thereby performing overtemperature protection of the switching power supply by a change in a current flowing through the temperature measurement circuit. While the power switch is off, a direction of a current flowing through the temperature measurement circuit is unidirectional from the control terminal to the sampling terminal.
