    Abstract: A control method of an intelligent sterility test pump, a sterilization method and its application. The control method includes monitoring the real-time current of a DC drive motor through a current detection module, to adjust the rotating linear velocity of a peristaltic pump head in real time; when the peristaltic pump head is in a state of pushing a liquid to be tested, reducing the rotating linear velocity of the peristaltic pump head; and when the peristaltic pump head is in an idling state, increasing the rotating linear velocity of the peristaltic pump head. A sterilization method includes the control method of the intelligent sterility test pump. Application of the sterilization method in preparation or detection of foods and medicines.

    Abstract: A detection device for tiny particles in a liquid is provided. The detection device comprises includes a flow cell, a laser, a scattered light collection device, a photoelectric detector, a fiber Bragg grating and a first optical fiber coupler, wherein scattered light collected by the scattered light collection device is sent to the fiber Bragg grating through the first optical fiber coupler, and reflected light of the fiber Bragg grating after receiving the scattered light is sent to the photoelectric detector through the first optical fiber coupler. The device can eliminate most scattered light generated by the liquid, and reduce the interference of the scattered light of the liquid to scattered light signals generated by the particles, so that the scattered light signals captured by the photoelectric detector are mainly light signals generated by the particles.

The particle counting method, comprises: obtaining distances between positions closest to a centers of a light channel in paths along which particles pass through the light channel and the centers of the light channel; according to an optical density distribution of the light channel, compensating amplitudes of the pulse signals of the particles when passing through the positions closest to the centers of the light channel in the path along which the particles pass through the light channel such that the compensated amplitudes of the pulse signals of the particles are equal to amplitudes of pulse signals of the particles with the same particle diameters when passing through the centers of the light channel; screening and counting the particles according to the compensated amplitudes of the pulse signals to realize counting of particles with respective particle sizes.
