The first traffic flow corresponds to an application transmitted by using the at least two QoS flows. For example, different QoS flows may be used to transmit data packets of different importance degrees. In this way, the data packets of different importance degrees can be separately controlled, for example, sending of a more important data packet is preferentially ensured, to improve transmission reliability of these data packets, and ensure service experience of a user.

Abstract: A UE includes an NTN communication module and a mobile communication module. After the mobile communication module registers with a TN-CN, the NTN communication module performs a registration procedure of an NTN-CN via the mobile communication module, a TN-RAN, and the TN-CN. The NTN-CN obtains NTN air interface capability information of the UE from the NTN communication module via the TN-CN, the TN-RAN, and the mobile communication module.

Abstract: In a network handover method disclosed in this application, when an electronic device accesses a first mobile network by using the first SIM card, the electronic device obtains network information of the first mobile network in a process in which the electronic device moves along a first route. When the electronic device predicts, according to the obtained network information of the first mobile network, that an exception is going to occur in the first mobile network, the electronic device accesses the second mobile network by using the second SIM card. In this technical solution, an electronic device having a dual SIM card can be handed over from a first mobile network to a second mobile network in advance when it is predicted that an exception is going to occur in the first mobile network, thereby reducing the possibility of frame freezing or network disconnecting when a user accesses the Internet.

Abstract: In a registration method, a user equipment (UE) includes a non-terrestrial network (NTN) communication module and a mobile communication module. The mobile communication module obtains registration information of the NTN communication module. After the mobile communication module registers with a terrestrial network (TN) core network (CN), the NTN communication module performs a registration procedure of an NTN core network (NTN-CN) via the mobile communication module, a TN radio access network (RAN), and the TN-CN. After finding an NTN radio access network (NTN-RAN), the NTN communication module accesses the NTN-CN. In this way, after the UE finds an NTN, because the UE has performed the registration procedure of the NTN in a TN, and the NTN-CN stores registration information of the UE, the UE does not need to perform the registration procedure in the NTN.
