  • Patent number: 12022030
Abstract: The distribution of incoming queries to a customer interaction center agent group is parallel processed amongst agents of that group to improve queue wait times. A threshold number of queries that may be processed by agent devices associated with the agent group at a given time are defined based on a number of agents of the agent group that are available at the given time. In response to determining that the number of queries is satisfies the threshold number of queries based on the number of agents that are available at a current time, a number of queries awaiting processing are distributed to one or more agent devices of the agent group. The threshold number of queries may be based on half of the number of agents that are available at the given time.

  • Patent number: 11991313
Abstract: The number of agents to which incoming queries to a customer interaction center agent group may be distributed is limited based on skip criteria. The skip criteria is defined based on information associated with agent devices, such as locked status of a device, in-memory status of a client application at the device, or whether a telephone number provisioned for use with the device is from an external public switched telephone network. Agents which fail to satisfy the skip criteria are excluded from distributions of queries to improve wait times for customer interaction center users. Thus, queries are distributed from a queue to agents which satisfy the skip criteria.

  • Publication number: 20240105941
Abstract: Disclosed is a negative electrode material and a preparation method therefor. The negative electrode material is a core-shell structure, and comprises a core layer formed by hard carbon, and a first carbonized layer, a carbon powder layer and a second carbonized layer which are sequentially coated at the outer side of the core layer. Further disclosed are a negative electrode plate prepared by the negative electrode material, and a sodium ion battery. The negative electrode material of the present disclosure can effectively improve the conductivity of a hard carbon material, thereby facilitating improvement of the performance such as initial Coulombic efficiency and cycle life of the sodium ion battery.

  • Publication number: 20240067534
Abstract: The disclosure relates to the technical field of batteries, and discloses a cathode material and a preparation method thereof, a cathode plate and an O3-type layered sodium ion battery. The chemical formula of the cathode material is NaM1-x-y-zNixFeyMnzO2, wherein M comprises a first metal element, and the first metal element has at least one f electron orbital. Ni, Fe and Mn elements in the cathode material are elements containing a d electron orbital. By doping the element M, on the one hand, the f electron orbital and the d electron orbitals are mutually entangled, properties of the cathode material are synergistically improved, so that the structure and air stability of the material are improved; and on the other hand, interaction of all elements in the material can be facilitated, so that ions can move away from original positions to generate vacancies, ion diffusion channels of sodium ions are enlarged, and the rate capability of the material is improved.

  • Publication number: 20240031486
Abstract: Calls for large call queues are handled by a system that assigns agents of a call queue to one of a first group or a second group. A size of the first group or the second group is based on a number of agents in the call queue that are online. The system batch rings each agent of the first group when an incoming call is received. If the incoming call is unanswered by the first group, the system batch rings each agent of the second group.

  • Patent number: 11555912
Abstract: An automatic wall climbing type radar photoelectric robot system for damages of a bridge and tunnel structure, mainly including a control terminal, a wall climbing robot and a server. The wall climbing robot generates a reverse thrust by rotor systems, moves flexibly against the surface of a rough bridge and tunnel structure by adopting an omnidirectional wheel technology, and during inspection by the wall climbing robot, bridges and tunnels do not need to be closed, and the traffic is not affected. Bridges and tunnels can divide into different working regions only by arranging a plurality of UWB base stations, charging and data receiving devices on the bridge and tunnel structure by means of UWB localization, laser SLAM and IMU navigation technologies, a plurality of wall climbing robots supported to work at the same time, automatic path planning and automatic obstacle avoidance realized, and unattended regular automatic patrolling can be realized.
