Publication number: 20230076866Abstract: The present application discloses a human T-lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma cell strain named as ZYXY-T1, and its construction method and use thereof. It was conserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection (Wuhan, China) on Jan. 20, 2021, and the preservation number was CCTCC NO: C202143. The present application is obtained by separating mononuclear cells from peripheral blood of one ETP-ALL patient, and culturing the cells in vitro for continuous natural passage. The strain has the typical surface antigen expression characteristics of ETP-ALL, that is, it does not express CD1?, CD5 or CD8, and highly expresses a stem cell marker CD34, and has good proliferation ability in vitro and tumorigenesis ability in vivo; it can be used as a cell material to study the occurrence and development mechanism of ETP-ALL, and can also be used to screen and evaluate ETP-ALL drugs to guide clinical medication.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 9, 2022Publication date: March 9, 2023Inventors: Jie JIN, Fenglin LI, Huafeng WANG, Honghu ZHU, Xin HUANG, Yi ZHANG, Chao HU, Shanshan SUO

Publication number: 20210224750Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide a system for performing quality-based scoring. During operation, the system determines, based on data retrieved from a data store in an online system, features related to a completeness of attributes in an opportunity posted in the online system and a source of the opportunity. Next, the system performs one or more operations that apply a first machine learning model to the features to generate a quality score representing a prediction of user engagement with the opportunity. The system then adjusts calculation of a relevance score representing a likelihood of a positive outcome between a user and the opportunity based on the quality score. Finally, the system modifies content outputted in a user interface of the online system based on the adjusted calculation of the relevance score.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 17, 2020Publication date: July 22, 2021Applicant: Microsoft Technology Licensing, LLCInventors: Xiaonan Duan, Fenglin Li

Publication number: 20210097493Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide a system for predicting response rates. During operation, the system determines features representing historical applications to opportunities and historical responses to the historical applications by a poster of the opportunities, wherein the historical responses include interactions between the poster and candidates submitting the historical applications and notifications transmitted to the candidates of actions related to the historical applications by the poster. Next, the system applies one or more operations to the features to generate a predicted response rate of the poster to an application for an opportunity by a member of the online system. The system then compares the predicted response rate to a threshold to determine a recommendation related to the application by the member. Finally, the system outputs, to the member in a user interface of the online system, the recommendation in association with the opportunity.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 30, 2019Publication date: April 1, 2021Applicant: Microsoft Technology Licensing, LLCInventors: Fenglin Li, Qing Duan, Aditya S. Patent number: 7684420Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for implementing cross-domain constraint routing, through setting in addition the border node identifier in the ERO sub-objects saved in ERO corresponding to nodes that a route will pass, this invention realizes the distributed calculation of the route. When calculating the path of cross-domain constraint routing, the original node determines the first border node that the route will pass based on the border node identifiers set in the ERO sub-objects in ERO, calculates the path to the first border node, and then sends a PATH message; the first border node determines, based on the next ERO sub-object with a border node identifier in the ERO of the received PATH message, the next border node that the route will pass, calculates the path to the further next border node, and then sends the PATH message; . . . Repeat such a process until the PATH message reaches the destination node.Type: GrantFiled: August 30, 2006Date of Patent: March 23, 2010Assignee: Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.Inventor: Fenglin Li
