    Abstract: A device for a cigarette tipping paper anti-adhesion test is disclosed. The device includes the following components: an upper cover (1), a plurality of upper cover semi-cylinders (11) inside the upper cover, having the same radius and arranged in parallel, and a box (2) with a plurality of holes (211) on the box upper surface (21), connected with the inner cavity of the box (2). Each upper cover semi-cylinder has a cross-section with a bow shape. The side wall of the box (2) also has an opening (22). A method for testing anti-adhesion of the cigarette tipping paper using the device is also disclosed. The present device can qualitatively and quantitatively simulate adhesion of tipping paper in various conditions.

    Abstract: A test system and a test method for a lip sticking force of tipping paper for cigarettes are provided. The test system includes an artificial lip and test equipment. The artificial lip is a silica gel block. The test equipment includes a friction meter testing platform, a force measuring sensor, a rigid rope, a pulley, a pulley bracket and a sample loading module. The pulley is installed on the pulley bracket, and the rigid rope slides in the pulley. The rigid rope is L-shaped, a first end of the rigid rope in a horizontal direction is connected to the force measuring sensor, and a second end of the rigid rope in a vertical direction is connected to the sample loading module. The artificial lip is located directly below the sample loading module, and the artificial lip is in contact with the sample loading module at a test position.

    Abstract: A non-sticking lip tipping paper is disclosed that includes a base paper, a color layer and a surface coating. The color layer is formed by printing and drying a color ink on the base paper; the surface coating includes a water-based glue and is coated thereon after drying the color layer. The water-based glue includes the following components by weight: 30-65 parts of a modified water-based resin solution, 10-20 parts of water, 8-15 parts of ethanol, and 5-12 parts of a water-based additive. The water-based additive is a mixture of a wax emulsion and magnesium silicate in a weight ratio of 1:5. A preparation method and a method of applying the non-sticking lip tipping paper are also disclosed.

The artificial saliva is used to clamp the tipping paper and the artificial mouth skin that are bonded between two jigs, respectively. The two jigs move relative to each other. Force changes during the test are collected through a force sensor and a displacement sensor. The maximum debonding force obtained by the test is divided by the sticking area of the tipping paper and the artificial mouth skin to obtain the lip sticking force of the cigarette tipping paper per unit area. The present invention can accurately quantify the sticking force of the cigarette tipping paper to lips, can well avoid subjective factor influence and difference characterization brought by traditional personal sensory smoking evaluation, is more objective, efficient, has good repeatability, high sensitivity and simple operation.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a prediction model for a lip sticking force of a cigarette tipping paper, a construction method and a prediction method thereof, which belongs to the technical field of analysis and detection. In the method, the stepwise regression analysis is performed on the lip sticking force and values of the dynamic friction coefficient and the grammage of the cigarette tipping paper to obtain a model for predicting the lip sticking force of the cigarette tipping paper. When checking the accuracy of the model, it is found that the predicted value and the measured value basically fall near the 1:1 line, R2 index is 0.99, and the normalized root mean square error (nRMSE) is 2.64%. The present invention provides a method capable of quickly and simply quantifying a sticking force of the cigarette tipper paper to lips.

The X-ray diffraction data of the molecular sieve before removing the template by calcination are as listed in Table 1. The molar composition of this molecular sieve after removing the template by calcination expressed in anhydrous oxides is Al2O3: yP2O5: zSiO2, in which y has a value of 0.60-1.20, and z has a value of 0.05-1.3, characterized in that after removing the template by calcination, its X-ray diffraction data are as listed in Table 3, and that the crystal structures of the molecular sieve before and after removing the template by calcination are substantially the same. The catalyst is composed of 10-85% by weight of said SAPO-11 molecular sieve, 0.05-1.5% by weight of Pd or Pt, and the balance is alumina.

    Abstract: A catalyst for catalytic pyrolysis process for the production of light olefins comprises 10˜70 wt % (based on the weight of catalyst) of clay, 5˜85 wt % of inorganic oxides and 1-50 wt % zeolite, wherein said zeolite is a mixture of 0˜25 wt % of Y type zeolite and 75˜100 wt % of phosphorus and aluminum or phosphorus and magnesium or phosphorus and calcium containing high silica zeolite having a structure of pentasil; said pentasil high silica zeolite being one selected from the group consisting of ZSM-5, ZSM-8 and ZSM-11 of zeolites containing 2˜8 wt % of phosphorus and 0.3˜3 wt % of aluminum or magnesium or calcium (calculated as the oxides), having a silica/alumina mole ratio of 15-60. The catalyst exhibits excellent activity stability and high yields of light olefin, especially for C2=. It can at the same level of yields of light olefins as that of steam thermal cracking at a lower reaction temperature than that of steam thermal cracking.

    Abstract: A molecular sieve containing composition, which can be applied in catalytic cracking reaction for producing more ethylene and propylene, and its preparation method. The composition contains a pentasil-type molecular sieve having a SiO.sub.2 /Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 molar ratio of 15-60, prepared by activation and modification with phosphorus, alkaline earth metal and transition metal. The composition essentially includes 85.about.98% wt of pentasil-type molecular sieve, 1.about.10% wt of P.sub.2 O.sub.5, 0.3.about.5% wt of alkaline earth oxide, and 0.3.about.5% wt of transition metal oxide. The molecular sieve structure and active centers have high thermal and hydrothermal stability. The salient feature of this composition is that when applied as an active component of cracking catalyst for catalytic pyrolysis process, the yield of ethylene is above 18% and the total yield of ethylene and propylene is more than 40%.
