The second insulating film is located on one side of the first insulating film in its thickness direction, and the heating element is arranged between the first insulating film and the second insulating film. At least one of the first insulating film and the second insulating film includes a ceramic insulating film, and the heating film is further configured with a mounting part for mounting the heating film.

Abstract: Provided are a phase-change microcapsule, a separator, an electrode plate, a battery, and an electrical device. The phase-change microcapsule includes: a core and an insulative heat-conducting wall material wrapped around the core. The core includes a first phase-change component and a second phase-change component. The first phase-change component is paraffin with a melting point of 37° C. to 42° C. The second phase-change component is paraffin with a melting point of 65° C. to 75° C. A melting point of the insulative heat-conducting wall material is greater than 75° C. A mass ratio between the first phase-change component and the second phase-change component is 35:(45 to 77). The phase-change microcapsule is applied to the battery in the form of a coating layer. The specified first phase-change component and second phase-change component of a specified melting point are mixed at a specified ratio in the core.
