  • Patent number: 10023048
Abstract: An automotive service liquid tank for receiving a service liquid of a motor vehicle, in particular an aqueous urea solution, has a tank wall that encloses a tank volume on the inside of the tank, wherein the tank has locally, by comparison with at least one other tank region, at least one region with enhanced thermal insulation, in order to influence a freezing behavior of the service liquid received in the tank in such a way that the service liquid, when the outside temperature drops, freezes later in the tank region with enhanced thermal insulation than in the at least one other tank region without enhanced thermal insulation. According to the invention it is provided that the enhanced thermal insulation is formed integrally with the tank wall.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 22, 2017
Date of Patent: July 17, 2018
Assignee: RÖCHLING AUTOMOTIVE SE & CO. KG

  • Patent number: 9490561
Abstract: The present invention concerns an electrical plug contact (110), which can be connected in electrically conducting manner with a mating plug contact (40), wherein the plug contact (10) in at least one contact section (18), which is configured for the direct electrically conductive contacting with the mating plug contact (40), comprises a plastic filled with electrically conductive filler material, wherein the contact section (18) has an exposed contact surface (18a) formed from the plastic filled with the electrically conductive filler material, characterized in that the contact surface (18a) has a base region (24) and a sacrificial projection region with at least one sacrificial projection (22) opposite the base region (24) and pointing away from its surface, which is designed to be at least partly removed when making an electrical connection with the mating plug contact (40).

  • Publication number: 20130037734
Abstract: A method of producing by moulding a valve device, the valve device comprising a housing, which surrounds a flow duct portion, and additionally comprising a valve accommodated on the housing and movable relative thereto such that, by relative adjustment of the valve relative to the housing, the effective flow area of the flow duct portion is modifiable, wherein the housing and the valve already accommodated thereon are formed shapingly in a moulding tool in a common moulding step from a flowable moulding compound, with one-piece formation of a moulding material membrane, together with the valve and the housing, the moulding material membrane being provided between an outer valve portion, and a housing portion surrounding the valve portion, in a shut-off position of the valve relative to the housing, in which shut-off position the flow area of the flow duct portion is as a rule minimal.
