    Abstract: The present invention relates to a stabilized plant protecting agent suspension which can be characterized by containing 10 to 60% by weight of one or more active ingredients, 30 to 5% by weight of oily layer, 0 to 10% by weight of emulsifyer, 10 to 20% by weight of conventionally used excipient and water needed to 100% by weight while by increasing solid concentration oil concentration decreases.The invention also provides a process for the preparation of a stabilized plant protecting agent suspension by adding oil and optionally an emulsifyer and/or water containing layer to a suspension of a suitable particle size of the active ingredient and water soluble excipients, such as surfactants, optionally emulsifiers, dispersing agents, viscosity modifying agents, protective colloids and mixing together the suspension layer and the layer containing the oil with a stirrer of great shearing force and optionally adding to the obtained stabilized suspension further excipients, e.g.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a new process for the preparation of stable aqueous suspensions of methyl N-(2-benzimidazolyl)carbamate. According to the invention an aqueous solution of an addition salt of methyl N-(2-benzimidazolyl)carbamate and an inorganic acid, optionally containing an excess amount of acid is reacted with an aqueous potassium, sodium or ammonium hydroxide solution or ammonia gas, in the presence of a wetting, dispersing and antifoaming agent and optionally of a protecting colloid at a temperature of 50.degree. C. to 100.degree. C., and if desired, the suspension obtained is concentrated or diluted. The suspension prepared by this process can either be used directly or can be supplemented with further additive(s) conventionally used in the preparation of plant protecting agents.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for modifying the conformation of plant proteins for increasing their biological utilization, which comprises treating said plant protein with gaseous hydrogen chloride to adjust its pH to a value between 1.6 and 2.4, as measured in a 20% by weight aqueous suspension, for a period sufficient to increase the digestibility of said protein without bringing the protein into solution or suspension, and thereafter bringing the pH of said protein to a value between 4 and 7 with an alkalizing agent, wherein the moisture content of said protein is increased with the alkalizing agent at most to 50% by weight.
