Abstract: Novel antifibrinolytically active compounds of the formula ##STR1## and therapeutically acceptable salt thereof, whereinR.sup.1 is selected from the group consisting of(a) alkyl groups containing 1-4 carbon atoms,(b) alkoxy groups containing 1-4 carbon atoms, ##STR2## R.sup.2 is selected from the group consisting of (a) H,(b) alkyl groups containing 1-4 carbon atoms,(c) --COOR.sup.3, wherein R.sup.3 is an alkyl group containing 1-4 carbon atoms,(d) --CONR.sup.4 R.sup.5, wherein R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 are the same or different alkyl groups containing 1-3 carbon atoms;or wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.

Abstract: New compounds of the general formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 each independently represent an alkyl group containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or an alkoxy group containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms, or halogen, R.sup.3 represents hydrogen, halogen, an alkyl group containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms, an amino group or a nitro group, A represents ##STR2## which is bonded to the benzene ring by its sulphur or nitrogen atom and in which R.sup.4 is hydrogen or an alkyl group containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms; together with salts thereof with physiologically acceptable acids and, when R.sup.4 is hydrogen, with physiologically acceptable bases are described. The compounds are of use in inhibiting thrombosis formation, in treating thrombosis and in fibronolytic therapy. Various methods of producing the new compounds are described involving the building up of the --A--CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --S--CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 NH.sub.

Abstract: The present invention relates to new pharmacodynamically active compounds of the general structure ##STR1## as well as the corresponding amine oxides, quarternary ammonium compounds and salts with physiologically acceptable acids. In formula I R.sup.1 signifies hydrogen, halogen or alkoxy radicals having 1-3 carbon atoms, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 signify alkyl radicals having 1-3 carbon atoms, which togetner with the carbon atom, to which they are connected, may form a ring, A either signifies a possibly lower alkyl substituted ethylene, trimethylene or tetramethylene group, in which case D is a group ##STR2## wherein R.sup.4 and R.sup.

Abstract: An analytical test, color change reagent preparation comprising peroxidase, an oxygen-oxidoreductase specific to a particular substance to be tested and a chromogen-reactive-indicator formula selected from (a) those having the general formula ##STR1## wherein X is the divalent carbonyloxy or sulfonyloxy group, W is hydrogen or another cation compatible with the aforesaid other ingredients of said reagent preparation, the subscript n is 0 or 1, and (i) when X is the carbonyloxy group, A is a divalent alkylene chain with from 2 to about 7 carbons, and (ii) when X is the sulfonyloxy group, n is 0 when A is the divalent alkylene chain of from 2 to about 7 carbons, and n is 1 when A is straight chain trimethylene or tetramethylene, and (b) the acid addition salts of said disubstituted benzidine derivative, compatible with the aforesaid ingredients of the chromogen-reactive-indicator, when X is the carbonyloxy group.
