  • Patent number: 6283736
Abstract: The invention refers to a hydrostatic pump or engine with infinitely variable debit or impulse of the rotative type, constituted by an external and fixed body (1) of cylindrical shape, and whose symmetry axis coincides with the axis (4) of the rotor (3); the named body is laterally fixed to two flat covers forming a case. A second body, or stator (2), with a cylindrical interior peripherical surface, and whose symmetry axis is in a coincident or parallel position with the rotor axis, is interposed at intervals between the rotor and the first body, being formed cameras (7) and (9), for the fluid circulation, and cameras (6) and (8), for the compensation and balance of forces acting in the interior and in the exterior of each stator side.

  • Patent number: 5851271
Abstract: A device for simultaneously filtering and humidifying an air flow uses an outer casing having a rotatable, reticulated filtering element. The air flow enters the casing and must pass through the filtering element by making abrupt change in directions. Particles in the air flow, due to their greater inertia, will not be able to follow the air flow and, therefore, will not pass through the filtering element. There are expelled through an opening. The air flow exists through an outlet that is within the perimeter of the filtering element. A water projector serves to both humidify the air flow and wetten the filter elements surface in order to capture particles in the air flow.

  • Patent number: 5785637
Abstract: A centrifuge for a fluid uses a series of centrifugal modules to separate the fluid from particles suspended in the fluid. The fluid enters through the bottom of the centrifuge and is subjected to the centrifugal force by a set of rotors. The fluid is forced against a campanula which allows the fluid to travel upwards but forces particles downward. The fluid progresses into another module which exerts a greater centrifugal force until the purified liquid exists through the top of the centrifuge.

  • Patent number: 5674434
Abstract: The invention refers to a device to regulate the dosage of fuel, to be used in engine feeding systems by suction of the fuel. The device is to be set in the main conduit of air, overlays the diffuser (7) and involves a set of laminar elements (1) displayed in a radial way according to a common plan, being the fastening of its peripheral extremities achieved by means of its insertion in a double ring (2) which bears a central shutter through narrow radial extensions (6). The ring is fixed to a supporting base with saliences (4) to overcome the spaces between the laminar elements and reenterings (5) to allow its flexure. The flexure of the laminar elements is performed through a calculated progression according to a proper gradient resulting into the formation of in-between spaces (3).
