  • Publication number: 20200091795
Abstract: A rotor shaft retainer is described, preferably to be used in an electric pump intended for use in white line equipment, and in particular to be coupled to the upper edge of the housing of the electric pump, and capable of allowing sealing of the shaft passing therethrough. The retainer has a basically cylindrical shape and includes a disc-shaped base, externally provided with a fixing ring, and a cylindrical dome uppermost provided with an opening, defining a central passageway formed from the opening to a lower opening of the base. The central passageway includes at least two annular lips-shaped cavities projecting themselves in the inner radial direction and facing the upper opening of the retainer. The lips-shaped cavities are made of rubber having Shore A hardness from 62 to 78 and define respective angles from 38 to 58 degrees in relation to the plane of the bottom surface of the base.

  • Patent number: 9123611
Abstract: A method for designing a completely passive bias compensation circuit to stabilize the gain of multiple pixel avalanche photo detector devices. The method includes determining circuitry design and component values to achieve a desired precision of gain stability. The method can be used with any temperature sensitive device with a nominally linear coefficient of voltage dependent parameter that must be stabilized. The circuitry design includes a negative temperature coefficient resistor in thermal contact with the photomultiplier device to provide a varying resistance and a second fixed resistor to form a voltage divider that can be chosen to set the desired slope and intercept for the characteristic with a specific voltage source value. The addition of a third resistor to the divider network provides a solution set for a set of SiPM devices that requires only a single stabilized voltage source value.

  • Publication number: 20100022811
Abstract: A selective catalytic cracking process of natural gas liquid fraction to light olefins and other products is described, the process includes placing in contact (within a reaction zone) said liquid fraction of natural gas, rich in C5+ paraffins, with an MFI type zeolitic catalyst in acid form, having a pore size of at least 4 Angstroms, a silica/alumina ratio of between 10 and 2000, and where the processing conditions involve a temperature of between 350° C. and 650° C., space velocity of between 2 and 100h?1 and atmospheric pressure, and afterwards carrying out the catalytic cracking to separate products, to recover a product enriched with light olefins, LPG fractions, and aromatics, and where the production of olefins is favored in conditions of higher space velocities, while the production of LPG fractions and aromatics are favored in conditions of lowered space velocities.
