Abstract: The clinical potential of multispecific antibodies like bispecific and trispecific antibodies shows great promise for targeting complex diseases. However, the generation of those molecules presents great challenges particularly in regard to achieving acceptable expression levels free from mis-paired polypeptides. The presently claimed invention is directed to multispecific antigen binding proteins which improve upon existing charge pair technologies by redistributing the engineered charges within the CH3 regions of a heteromultimer.

Abstract: A multi-entry socket power delivery structure is attachable to a printed circuit board to provide improved delivery of one or more power supply signals to a socket. The power delivery structure provides an additional path for power supply signals to be delivered to a socket (in addition to the “power corridor” of the printed circuit board). The power delivery structure comprises one or more portions, with individual portions comprising a printed circuit board connection portion that attaches to the printed circuit board to receive a power supply signal generated by a voltage regulator, and a socket connection portion that attaches to the printed circuit board to deliver the power supply signal to the socket via the printed circuit board. The power delivery structure can be located in the recess of a reinforced backplate that provides structural integrity to a processor stack and associated thermal management solution loading mechanism.

Abstract: Described embodiments provide a technique for commissioning an AI-based inspection system. In particular, the described embodiments provide a tool for field engineers to perform tasks including data collection, and training, testing and deployment of an AI algorithm, onsite, with instant feedback. The described tasks are carried out in the same physical environment to arrive at the same sensor setting that is then used by the field device on which the AI algorithm is deployed. Deployment cycle is significantly reduced. The technique leverages the recognition that inspection tasks in industrial settings are repetitive in nature and are carried out in a controlled environment, whereby the AI algorithm need not be generalized beyond the specific use case.

Abstract: A controller coupled to plural mobile devices through a mobile communications environment including multiple available networks at a location remote from the plural mobile devices. The plural mobile devices are simultaneously connected to plural networks and collecting network data for each simultaneously connected plural multiple networks. The controller includes a receiver receiving from each mobile device the collected network data, where each mobile device is connected to the receiver via an active one of the simultaneously connected plural multiple networks for transmitting the collected network data; a processor configured to evaluate the collected network data from each mobile device and, based upon respective rules established for each mobile device, to produce respective sets of operating parameters for the plural mobile devices; and a transmitter to transmit to each mobile device the respective sets of operating parameters.

Abstract: A controller and method of controlling a mobile device. The controller is coupled to a mobile device through a mobile communications environment. The controller is coupled to the mobile communications environment at a location remote from the mobile device, and includes a receiver that receives data from the mobile device, a processor that evaluates the data received from the mobile device based upon rules for the mobile device, and a transmitter that sends data to the mobile device to at least one of alert the user to a condition and modify current operating parameters on the mobile device.
