Abstract: Software that enables computing systems to display product development progress in a manner that allows development progress with respect to multiple development milestones to be simultaneously viewed. For each milestone, the computing system maps each of range of development progress levels to a corresponding discrete performance grade. The development progress levels may also be mapped for each of a number of different teams, and for each of a number of different performance factors related to the product development. The computing system then measures the development progress at a particular point in time, and then identifies a discrete performance grade for each of at least some (and potentially all) of the milestones. For each milestone (and potentially for each team and performance factor), the computing system displays an indication of the identified performance grade in a different manner depending on the identified performance grade.
