Abstract: A system and method allows a user to put together an ensemble from a digital closet that represents all the clothes a user owns or could borrow from a friend or family member or purchase from a retailer. Information of the wardrobe items in the users closet are combined with information about the user and the user can direct the particular wardrobe items worn and solicit advise from friends and family via a social network about the ensemble.
