Abstract: The present invention pertains to outdoor furniture that includes a lockable repository hidden in the furniture while maintaining an aesthetic appearance. The lockable repository is preferably secured with a hidden lock so as to camouflage the function of the repository. In some cases, the repository may have an angled internal panel to transfer valuables away from an opening and toward a retrieval/collection space. The lockable repository can be located between chairs, as part of a table or cabinet, and as a stand-alone unit.

Abstract: A method for welding metal components to weld a first metal piece and a second metal piece to form a metal component comprises the steps of: positioning a first working portion of the first metal piece against a second working portion of the second metal piece to jointly form an intended welding seam; performing local welding on the intended welding seam to form a plurality of welding zones and a plurality of non-welding zones that are spaced from each other; providing a bonding paste to fill the non-welding zones and providing a curing condition to cure the bonding paste to mask the non-welding zones to finish welding of the first metal piece and the second metal piece to form the metal component.

Abstract: A Bluetooth audio that can be selectively installed on an umbrella shaft of an umbrella includes an audio body, a coupling shell and a clamp device. The audio body includes an installation recess which has an installation space for installing the umbrella shaft. The installation recess has a closed end corresponding to the substantial center of the audio body and an open end located on an edge of the audio body and corresponding to the closed end. The coupling shell can be selectively placed in the installation space through the open end and installed in the installation recess to close the open end and confine the umbrella shaft at the closed end. The clamp device is located in the audio body corresponding to the closed end and operable by a user's hand to clamp the umbrella shaft.

The first swivel rack has an anchor and loading fork latchable on the second swivel rack and a movable coupling pin pivotally coupled on the second swivel rack. The second swivel rack has a housing space to accommodate swivel movement of folding or unfolding of the first swivel rack and a guide slot for sliding of the movable coupling pin). Through the folding and unfolding structure the table panel can be quickly unfolded and folded to improve usability.

The fastening assembly includes two fastening elements inserted in the first openings, a support bar connected to the two fastening elements and two fasteners run through the locking holes and the second openings to fasten to the fastening elements. Each of the fastening elements includes a butting portion and a screw hole. Each of the fasteners includes a thread portion fastened to the screw hole and a detent block butting the holding portion. The composite chair thus formed can be assembled easily.

The folding assembly includes a swivel frame hinged on the table panel and a driven member hinged respectively on the support rack and swivel frame. The driven member includes at least one holding portion to confine the swivel frame from swiveling against the table panel and at least one driving portion connected to the holding portion and operable to make the holding portion separate from the swivel frame so that the swivel frame can swivel, thereby make folding easier and increase the support of the table panel.

The adjustment member includes two guide tracks extended along the movable deck, a linkage bar with two ends held in the guide tracks and two movable arms bridging the linkage bar and movable deck. The linkage bar is movable in the guide tracks to allow the coupling members in the swivel displacement to incorporate with the movable arms to drive the movable deck to move upwards and downwards against the carrying portion to change different use states.

Thereby the problem of the conventional beverage container holding rack mounted onto the furniture body can be solved.

The movable rack can proceed a flipping displacement during the moving displacement against the two holding bars to drive the two holding bars to form a first rotary displacement so that the movable deck can form an unfolding state away from the transverse bar and a folding state leaning on the transverse bar.

Abstract: A method for fastening seat and backrest support of leisure chairs aims to fasten a plurality of strips to a frame of a leisure chair with the frame containing two side tubes and the strip formed at a length greater than the interval between the two side tubes. The method includes the steps of: first, positioning the strips and frame onto a welding machine with the strips straddling the two side tubes; next, bending inversely two ends of each strip towards the center to overlap with the strip and wrap the two side tubes; then welding the overlapped portions of the strips and ends through the welding machine to fasten the two ends of the strip to the two side tubes. The method makes assembly of the strips simpler and can increase production speed of the leisure chairs.

Abstract: A method for fastening strips to leisure chairs aims to fasten a plurality of strips to a frame of a leisure chair. The method includes the steps of: first, preparing the frame with two side tubes and a coupling tube to bridge one end of each side tube; bending inversely two ends of each strip towards the center and fastening the two ends to the strip to form respectively a coupling opening at the two ends; heating and softening the strip; coupling the softened strips on the two side tubes through the coupling openings; and finally bridging a support tube on another two ends of the two side tubes opposite to the coupling tube to stretch the strips coupled on the two side tubes to achieve supporting effect. The method makes assembly of the strips easier and increases production speed of the leisure chairs.
