    Abstract: This invention provides a hormone adjuvant composition comprising an amount of endogenous epinephrine, endogenous glucocorticoids, analogs thereof, and combinations thereof Further, this invention provides a vaccine comprising an amount of endogenous epinephrine and endogenous glucocorticoids and a suitable carrier or diluent. This invention provides a method of stimulating or enhancing an antigen-specific cell-mediated immune response; a method for conferring protection against an infectious agent; and a method of immunomodulation as treatment in a subject with an infectious agent or cancer comprising administering a low dose of the hormone adjuvant composition.
