Abstract: Methods and systems for capping prescription medication bottles are provided. In one embodiment, a capping system is provided that includes a first position at which uncapped bottles containing fulfilled prescriptions are received. The capping system also includes a second position at which uncapped bottles are capped. The second position may include a capping member that is axially aligned with a vertical centerline of uncapped bottles located at the second position. The capping system may also include an index wheel configured to support bottles within the capping system. The index wheel may be rotatable to convey uncapped bottles from the first position to the second position. The capping system may further include a cap track that provides caps to the capping member.

Abstract: Processes for producing and using a novel CVD apparatus for depositing silicon layers onto suitable substrates and for the in-situ etching removal of background silicon deposits from the interior walls of the apparatus. The invention comprises using an apparatus having a fused quartz reaction chamber and precoating the interior wall of the reaction chamber with a thin continuous barrier layer of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 which is inert to the etching gas introduced for the removal of the background silicon deposits.

The pistons have insulating crowns and include a crown having a cap thereon, extending over the crown surface area, the crown cap being composed of an iron-based or a nickel-based alloy and having on the underside thereof ribs which are encast into an aluminium alloy which forms the piston body. The crown cap further includes a ceramic insert encapsulated therein. The ceramic insert may also be leached out by chemical means to leave a void in the cap.
