  • Patent number: 9874588
Abstract: A method for determining an average value of a periodic or quasi-periodic voltage signal that can be transmitted on a communication bus with a transmission period greater than the period of the signal. The method includes acquiring measurements of the signal with a measurement period corresponding to the transmission period of the average value on the bus, obtaining the average value from the acquired measurements, applying, for each measurement, a variable delay, defining a time of measurement within the measurement period, relative to a reference time, and obtaining the average value from the result of the measurement made at each time of measurement and from the results of the measurements made previously.

    Inventors: Matthieu Mouvet, Florian Courtemanche
  • Patent number: 9551756
Abstract: A method for determining, by sampling at a given frequency, a maximum voltage value of a load signal of at least one motor vehicle battery cell, the load signal to be sampled being rectified and sinusoidal and having a frequency that is higher than the sampling frequency, the method including: determining a sampling frequency, a measurement time at the sampling frequency, and a related inaccuracy, measuring a load voltage with the predetermined sampling frequency and with the predetermined measurement time, and determining a maximum load voltage.

Date of Patent: January 24, 2017
    Assignee: RENAULT s.a.s.
Inventors: Florian Courtemanche, Yves Le-Vourch, Thomas Peuchant
