  • Publication number: 20200095040
Abstract: The present invention relates to a sack for liquid or pulverulent materials having an areal section (F) composed of a water-soluble polymer, wherein dissolution of the water-soluble polymer gives rise to an opening through which the sack can be emptied, to a sack according to the invention that contains a liquid or pulverulent material, to a method for the emptying thereof and the production thereof, and also to the use of the sack for the packing of liquid or pulverulent materials and to the use of an areal section (F) composed of a water-soluble polymer as part of a sack for liquid or pulverulent materials for the reduction of the release of unpleasant odors and/or harmful substances into the air, especially for the reduction of the release of alveoli-reaching dusts.

  • Publication number: 20160031760
Abstract: The use of a binder system comprising compounds containing aluminium oxide and silicon oxide for producing a hydrophilic building product, characterized in that the sum of the oxides calculated as Al2O3 and SiO2 in the binder system is ?40% by weight, based on the water-free binder system, and the contact angle of an oil drop placed on the surface of the cured building product is ?90°, where the contact angle determination is carried out under water, is proposed. The said hydrophilicity makes the building product easy to clean, with simple rinsing with water often being sufficient.

  • Patent number: 8657954
Abstract: The invention relates to a mixture containing an alkali-activated aluminosilicate binder, said mixture, after hardening, containing at least 25% by weight of glass beads, based on the total mass. The hardened product has a surface which has very little tendency to soil and is easy to clean. A process for the preparation of the mixture according to the invention and the use thereof as joint filler are disclosed.

  • Patent number: 8460459
Abstract: A novel binder system comprising at least one latent hydraulic binder, at least one amorphous silica, optionally at least one reactive filler and at least one alkali metal silicate is proposed. It was surprisingly found that the binder system according to the invention hardens in the form of a hybrid matrix which is acid-resistant, water-resistant and alkali-resistant. The binder system can be used for the production of a hydraulically setting mortar which, after setting, hardening for seven days and subsequent storage for three days in acid, base and/or water, has compressive strengths of more than 15 N mm?2, preferably more than 20 N mm?2 and in particular more than 25 N mm?2, according to DIN EN 13888.
