  • Publication number: 20250231277
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a systems and methods for processing radar data. In one example embodiment, a first digitized radar signal of an environment is received from a first radar module and a second digitized radar signal of the environment is received from a second radar module. The first digitized radar signal and the second digitized radar signal are processed, via an electronic processor, to determine a set of correction parameters. A first corrected radar signal is determined by applying the set of correction parameters to the first digitized radar signal. A second corrected radar signal is determined by applying the set of correction parameters to the second digitized radar signal. The first and second corrected radar signals are combined into a combined radar signal. A scene representation of the environment is determined based on the combined radar signal. The scene representation is provided to an autonomous driving system.

  • Patent number: 11808884
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device (20) for determining a radar target list, comprising: an input interface (22) for receiving preprocessed sensor data from a radar sensor (18) with information on detected strengths at high points (H1, H2) in a distance and/or velocity dimension and in predefined neighborhood ranges of the high points in the distance and/or velocity dimension; an analysis unit (24) for determining mutually adjacent high points with overlapping neighborhood ranges based on the preprocessed sensor data; an adjustment unit (26) for adjusting the neighborhood ranges of the mutually adjacent high points; and an evaluation unit (28) for determining a radar target list with information on targets (17) in a field of view of the radar sensor based on the high points and the neighborhood ranges thereof. The present invention also relates to a method for determining a radar target list and a sensor system (10) for detecting targets (17) in an environment (12) of a vehicle (14).

  • Publication number: 20220120844
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for interference suppression, wherein: a. a time signal (10) is provided, b. an interference range (16) of the time signal (10) is determined, c. a modified time signal (18) is provided by suppressing the interference range (16) of the time signal (18), d. a spectrum (20) of the modified time signal (18) is determined and a suppression spectrum (28) of the suppressed interference range (16) is determined, e. a real frequency component (30) of the spectrum (20) is determined, f. a modified suppression spectrum (34) is determined from a characteristic variable of the real frequency component (30) of the suppression spectrum (28), g. the modified suppression spectrum (34) is subtracted from the spectrum (20) to provide a corrected spectrum (36). The invention also relates to two methods for signal restoration on the basis of the method for interference suppression.

  • Publication number: 20190180210
Abstract: A method and/or system useful for predicting and/or forecasting and for production and business planning/forecasting in the global chemical industry. The method and system take into account aspects of global trade and the interrelatedness of value chains in which feedstocks and outputs are interrelated through one or more chemical processes. The method and system provides a useful tool for business planners and business execution whereby the sensitivity of variables affecting different value chains may be expressed by the interrelatedness of the chemical processes and/or business environment.
