  • Publication number: 20230073972
Abstract: A transmission includes an oil sump and at least one oil bunker arranged separated from the oil sump within the transmission. The transmission includes a valve having a channel body, at least one sump port, at least one bunker port, and a mechanical actuating element. The channel body has at least one oil duct. The at least one oil duct connects the at least one bunker port to the at least one sump port. The mechanical actuating element is configured for temperature-dependently deforming to transfer the valve out of a closed position into at least one open position. The at least one oil bunker is connected to the oil sump via the valve when the valve is in the at least one open state. The at least one oil bunker is not connected to the oil sump via the valve when the valve is in the closed state.

  • Patent number: 11105416
Abstract: A pressure back-up valve (300) includes a release piston (320) movable between first and second stop positions and a closing body (340) movable to a closing position in which this separates first and second connection pressure chambers (327, 326) when the release piston (320) is in a first stop position. The release piston (320) moves the closing body (340), in the second stop position, into an opening position. The release piston (320) is pressurizable on a first pressure surface (A1) from a first side via a third connection pressure chamber (324) and on a second pressure surface (A2) from a second side via a second connection pressure chamber (326). The closing body (340) is pressurized, in the closing position, from a first side via the second connection pressure chamber (326) on a first pressure surface (A4) and from a second side via the first connection pressure chamber (327) on a second pressure surface (A3) of the closing body (34).

  • Patent number: 10480642
Abstract: A multi-speed transmission with hydraulically actuated shift rods, wherein an actuating pressure (p_B) is applicable by a valve device (15) and shuttle valves (2C to 6D) to piston chambers (2A to 6B) of pistons (2 to 6), the actuating pressure being adjustable by valves (16, 17). The piston chambers (2A to 6B) can be brought into operative connection with a low-pressure region (52) by the shuttle valves (2C to 6D) and a prefilling valve (32, 33) or by the shuttle valves (2C to 6D), the valve device (15), and the valves (16, 17). Each of the shuttle valves (2C to 6D) has a spring assembly (2E to 6F), by which the shuttle valves (2C to 6D) are held below a pressure threshold of the actuating pressure (p_B) in an operating state that connects the piston chambers (2A to 6B) to the low-pressure region (52) by the prefilling valve (32, 33).
