  • Patent number: 11220804
Abstract: A hydraulic pressurizing medium supply assembly has an adjustable axial piston machine. An actuating cylinder is controlled by way of a pilot valve. The pilot valve is actuated by a control installation. The control installation, as input variables, has an actual pressure and/or an actual swivel angle of the adjustable axial piston machine. One or a plurality of the input variables are compared with a matching nominal value and a control value is emitted, or in each case a control value is emitted. The controlling of the input variables is part of a first closed-loop control circuit. An underlying second closed-loop control circuit has an input variable which is based on the control variable or the control variables and serves as a nominal variable. A further input variable of the second closed-loop control circuit is an actual delivery-volume adjustment rate of the axial piston machine.

  • Patent number: 11156239
Abstract: A hydraulic pressurizing medium supply assembly having a hydro machine for supplying pressurizing medium of at least one hydraulic consumer, includes a hydraulic control block for controlling the at least one consumer, a first control module, and a second control module. The control block, by way of the first control module, is able to be controlled by at least one actuating signal. A data interface is included between the control modules. The first control module, by way of the data interface, as a further actuating signal transfers to the second control module as input variable/variables a nominal outlet pressure for the hydro machine and/or a nominal delivery volume for the hydro machine. The second control module by way of the nominal outlet pressure and/or by way of the nominal delivery volume controls an adjusting mechanism of the hydro machine by way of a valve actuating signal.

  • Publication number: 20210025374
Abstract: A hydraulic pressurizing medium supply assembly includes a hydro machine which has an adjustable swash plate. An angle of the swash plate is able to be adjusted by way of a pilot valve. The pilot valve is able to be adjusted by a control. When the pilot valve is actuated by a neutral current, a valve slide of the pilot valve assumes a central position in which the swash plate does not perform any movement. In order for the pilot valve to be controlled it is provided that the control emits a control variable. The control variable, at the outlet side of the control, is linked and adapted to a preliminary control variable for the neutral current, in order for the neutral current to be pre-controlled.

  • Patent number: 8911317
Abstract: A power split transmission, in particular an input-coupled power split transmission, includes a mechanical branch and a hydrostatic branch connected in parallel therewith. The hydrostatic branch has a closed hydraulic circuit with a first working line and a second working line with one of the working lines carrying high pressure and the other carrying low pressure. The circuit has a pressure accumulator for pressure regulation connected to the respective working line carrying high pressure. This configuration provides a power split transmission that has a hydraulic circuit in which the respective working line carrying high pressure is hydraulically smoother or more flexible by virtue of the preferably continuous connection of the pressure accumulator.
