Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to a formulation for producing a processing aid, such as a demolding agent or release agent, as used in particular in the production of rubber mixtures and other polymers as processing aids. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a formulation for producing a processing aid which is produced in a more environmentally friendly manner than known processing aids, or at least can be produced in this manner, in particular using preferably at least 20% renewable raw materials. Furthermore, the present disclosure relates to a method for producing a processing aid and to the processing aid itself.

Abstract: The disclosure generally relates to processing aids, in particular for producing products from or comprising rubber mixtures and/or other organic polymers, for example for producing so-called elastomers. More particularly, the disclosure relates to a processing aid which provides for a good demolding or separation effect of products produced from or comprising rubber mixtures and/or other polymers, while also enabling improved application, in particular with regard to safety aspects. The disclosure relates generally to a formulation from which a processing aid can be produced and which in particular facilitates largely dust-free or at least low-dust handling of the processing aid for the end user, and also relates to a method for producing the formulation as well as to a method for producing the processing aid, and to a processing aid produced or at least producible in this way.

Abstract: A tire including a tread wear indicator is provided. The tire includes a pair of sidewalls, in which each sidewall extends from a respective bead area to a tread. The tread includes a plurality of main circumferential grooves, in which the main circumferential grooves are disposed in and proximate an axial center area of the tread. At least one shallow groove is formed in the tread, and each shallow groove includes a depth relative to the surface of the tread that is less than a depth of each of the main circumferential grooves. A primary tread wear indicator is disposed in at least one of the main circumferential grooves, and a secondary tread wear indicator is disposed in the shallow groove.
