  • Publication number: 20200056585
Abstract: a method of controlling a wind power installation comprising the steps: detecting a precipitation in the region of the wind power installation by a precipitation sensor, and controlling the wind power installation in a first operating mode based on a first pitch angle characteristic in which the pitch angle is set in dependence on the power, and in a second operating mode based on a second pitch angle characteristic, wherein the first operating mode is selected if there is no precipitation and the second operating mode is selected if there is precipitation.

  • Patent number: 10473085
Abstract: A trailing-edge segment of a wind-turbine rotor blade for increasing a profile depth of the rotor blade of a wind turbine. The trailing-edge segment of a wind-turbine rotor blade comprises at least one inner blade segment, having an inner blade shell, at least one middle blade segment, having a middle blade shell. In this case, the at least one middle blade segment and the at least one inner blade segment can be coupled to each other via a coupling means, and the coupling means has at least one shell element, having two inner sides that are parallel to each other and form a receiving space, designed to receive at least one of the inner blade shell or middle blade shell, and the two inner sides each being realized such that they can be connected to at least one of the inner blade shell or middle blade shell, in such a manner that a force acting upon the trailing-edge segment of a wind-turbine rotor blade is introduced centrically into the coupling means.

  • Publication number: 20190264650
Abstract: A rotor for a wind power installation, to a rotor blade for a wind power installation, to a sleeve, and to a method for the assembly of a rotor. A rotor for a wind power installation, having at least one rotor blade which is connected by means of a face side to a rotor hub, wherein the rotor blade comprises a transverse bolt recess which extends substantially radially with respect to the longitudinal axis of the rotor blade and in which a transverse bolt is arranged, wherein the transverse bolt has a transverse bolt opening, a longitudinal bolt recess which extends substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the rotor blade, wherein the longitudinal bolt recess and the transverse bolt recess have a common passage, and a longitudinal bolt is arranged within the longitudinal bolt recess and within the transverse bolt opening, a sleeve is arranged in the longitudinal bolt recess, wherein the longitudinal bolt extends through a cavity of the sleeve.

  • Publication number: 20190001610
Abstract: A fiber composite component, comprising a basic element which comprises fibers embedded in a matrix material. A production method for a fiber composite component. A structural component, comprising a support element and the reinforcement element and also to a production method for a structural component. The fiber composite component comprises a base element, comprising fibers embedded in a matrix material, and a reinforcement element, comprising fibers embedded in a matrix material wherein the base element and the reinforcement element are interconnected, a hole leads through the base element and the reinforcement element, wherein fibers of the base element that are adjacent to the hole are severed, and fibers of the reinforcement element that are adjacent to the hole are continuous.

  • Publication number: 20160047356
Abstract: The invention relates to a rotor blade of a wind turbine, having a rotor blade nose, a rotor blade rear edge, a rotor blade root region for the attachment of the rotor blade to a hub of the wind turbine, a rotor blade tip, wherein the rotor blade extends from the rotor blade root region along a longitudinal direction to the rotor blade tip and the rotor blade internally comprises at least a first cavity facing the rotor blade nose and a second cavity facing the rotor blade rear edge, and the first cavity is heated by a first, and the second cavity is heated by a second heating means, in order to heat the rotor blade nose or the rotor blade rear edge respectively. In addition, it is suggested that the rotor blade have a rear edge segment disposed in the region of the rotor blade rear edge up to the root region, wherein the rear edge segment is designed having several parts having at least two segment sections.
