Abstract: A building sliding door system separates a first building region from a second building region and has a frame structure that has a passage region and a wall shell region. A sliding door is displaced in the frame structure between a closed position and an open position, wherein the wall shell region at least partially receives the sliding door in the open position. An electromechanical drive unit and a control device control the displacement of the sliding door. A fire protection unit has a bracket and, movably mounted on the bracket, a fire protection device made of a material having a defined fire resistance. The fire protection device is horizontally displaceable within the wall shell region with respect to the bracket between a retracted position in which the sliding door is in the open position, and an extended position in which the sliding door is in the closed position.

When the sliding door is in a closed state, the door separates a first space from a second space. A door frame in which the door is mounted has a bar catch, wherein the bar engages in the bar catch when the door leaf is in the closed state. The engagement can be released by movement of the door leaf, and therefore movement of the bar, in the direction of the normal of the door leaf plane.

In addition, a sliding door system and a secondary door system are integrated in the frame structure, wherein the secondary door system is arranged separated from the sliding door system and can be controlled separately from the control device of the sliding door system. Abstract: A system for controlling access to a building or a restricted zone in the building includes a building door system having a building door, an electronic locking device, and a recognition device for capturing credentials for an object. If the credentials are valid, the building door can be unlocked and can be brought from a closed position into an open position. A sensor system monitors an access zone that includes a specified access region to the building door, in order to detect a person who is in the access zone. A control device generates an alarm signal when the building door system grants access and the sensor system detects a person in the access zone, wherein the building door system disables access upon receipt of the alarm signal.

Abstract: In a building communication system for a building, a server device is provided which has a processor device and a storage device connected thereto, the storage device storing data sets in which display information that is predetermined for visitors is provided. An optical code is provided on the building, which optical code can be read by a mobile device of a visitor. In order to contact a resident of the building, the visitor scans the optical code with a mobile device. If the visitor is known in the system, the server device sends the display information predetermined for the visitor to their mobile device, which displays the personalized display information on a display of the mobile device.

Abstract: A building system comprises a camera system and an image processing device, which generates a real-time face template for facial features of the user from a camera capture of a user when the user is in a building zone. A control and processing device searches a storage device for a reference face template that matches the real-time face template to a specified degree, wherein the user is a registered user if there is a match. A bidirectional communication channel for private communication between the building system and a mobile phone of the user is determined from the user profile of the user.
