  • Patent number: 4127377
Abstract: An arts and crafts type clay stamping kit which includes a base and a receptacle on the base for receiving a batch of clay or the like. A selectively movable support arm is mounted on the base for movement at least between a first position spaced from the receptacle to permit loading the receptacle with clay and a second position adjacent the receptacle. • Patent number: 4120190
Abstract: A can decorating and deforming craft device includes a base for supporting a can laid on its side and at least one can deforming element mounted for selective deforming engagement with an upwardly facing surface of a can placed in position on the base. A lever extends longitudinally of the can and is manually pivotable toward and away from the can to bring one or more of the detachably mounted can deforming elements into surface deforming engagement with the can. Additionally, one or more side deforming elements may be detachably interlocked with the base to provide for selective deformation of the can sides in addition to the deformation of an upwardly facing surface of the can. The can may be deformed into a wide variety of different shapes and decorative paints, decals and the like may be applied to the deformed can to provide a design resembling the face of a clown or the like as an example.

  • Patent number: 4070967
Abstract: An arts and crafts type stamp kit including a frame having two generally elongated, diverging, horizontal leg portions for universally mounting an elevated stamp support arm generally at the juncture of the leg portions. An ink stamp is adjustably mounted by a stamp carrier on the free end of the stamp support arm for movement therewith and for longitudinal and rotational movement relative thereto. An ink pad is mounted on one of the legs, and a stamping surface is provided on the other of the legs so that ink may be transferred by the ink stamp from the ink pad to a suitable transferring surface, such as a sheet of paper, positioned on the stamping surface by movement of the support arm to first pick up a film of ink and transfer it to the sheet of paper. The stamp kit includes a rotatable pad on the end of the leg adjacent the stamping surface so that a sheet of paper may be pivotally secured thereto by a suitable adhesive.
