    Abstract: A keyboard with lighting source provides two conductive sheets made of copper foil, tin foil or aluminum foil as electrodes of semiconductor light emitting components. Multiple through holes are provided at the upper conductive sheet electrode. The semiconductor light emitting components are attached to and connected to the lower conductive sheet electrode at the areas exposing from the through holes and the upper conductive sheet electrode at the areas near the through holes. No light guide plate or printed circuit board with complicated layout is necessary to meet the required features such as thinness, uniform luminance, and simplicities of structure and fabricating process.

    Abstract: A membrane switch including a first film, a second film and an insulating layer is provided. The first film has a first circuit, a first outlet cable and a second outlet cable. The first circuit is electrically connected with the first outlet cable, and the second outlet cable is disposed adjacent to the first outlet cable. A single outlet joint is formed from the first and second outlet cables. The second film has a second circuit and an outlet terminal, wherein the outlet terminal is electrically connected to the second circuit. The insulating layer is disposed between the first film and the second film so that the first film and the second film are electrically insulated. The outlet terminal is electrically connected to the second outlet cable. The membrane switch is economical and meets the needs of customers.

    Abstract: Method for preparation of anode film for thin film battery comprises: providing a target material to provide Li ion and Ti ion and a substrate comprising a base layer, a buffer layer and a precious metal current collector layer; sputtering LiMO layer on a said substrate at high temperature in a vacuum chamber and obtaining the anode film for thin film battery of this invention. In this invention, material for the precious metal current collector may be a precious metal such as Ag, Au, Pt etc., the alloy and oxides of these metals. The sputtering temperature may be above 300° C., preferably above 500° C. and most preferably above 650° C. The anode thin film material so prepared may be Li4Ti5O12. This invention also discloses anode film so prepared and thin film battery using such anode film.
