  • Patent number: 7946597
Abstract: The present invention relates to a roller skate frame. The roller skate frame includes a plate being pressing molded into a main frame of the roller skate comprising two wheel-mounting plates corresponding to each other, and a front bottom connecting face and a shoe-mounting plate connecting thereto. The front bottom connecting face and the shoe-mounting plate are spaced apart with a suitable distance. Further, the front bottom connecting plate is formed by an upper and a lower bridging plate corresponding to each other, and both of which are positioned with a fastener hole respectively.

  • Publication number: 20090273148
Abstract: The present invention relates to the manufacturing method of an ice skate blade. The blade originally shaped as cylinder is processed by a rolling machine and gradually being rolled into a blade with thinner upper portion and wider lower portion. A plurality of through holes with equi-distance in between are provided on the upper portion of the blade which is curved upward at both ends. Finally, a layer of light and rigid polymeric resin material is provided for covering the upper portion of the blade to complete the blade having upper and lower matching sections.

  • Publication number: 20080100008
Abstract: This invention is a structural improvement for an ice skate blade, where the blade holder and the blade are separate. The blade is made from a hard, wear-resistant material. The upper surface is a relatively thinner connecting surface by a roller shape forming machine. On the surface of the blade, there are several equidistant apertures. A special mold is utilized for mounting the connecting surface of the blade to the blade holder using lighter material materials, namely plastic steel. Thus, the weight reduction of the whole ice skate blade effectively improves the skaters' technique and performance and enhances market competitiveness as well.
