  • Publication number: 20240383401
Abstract: A method of detecting and warning an operator of an off-road vehicle of objects in limited-visibility environments. The method includes: detecting a potentially-hazardous object within the vicinity of the vehicle, using a sensor of the vehicle; transmitting data relating to the potentially-hazardous object to a vehicle processor; determining whether the potentially-hazardous object is in a projected path of the vehicle or in a proximity zone of the vehicle; and alerting the operator of the vehicle to the presence and location of the potentially-hazardous object when the potentially-hazardous object is in the projected path of the vehicle or in the proximity zone of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 7819449
Abstract: An attachable and detachable handgrip, primarily used with plastic bags, canvas bags and other items with handles, is disclosed. The attachable handgrip comprises a single piece of flat, pliable material that will hold its shape, yet yield easily to force. The material is rolled upon itself to form a spiral structure. Once formed, the handgrip is attached to the bag handles by placing the bag handles in the longitudinal slit formed along an edge of the spiral structure and rotating the spiral structure until the bag handles are within the spiral structure.

  • Publication number: 20080315599
Abstract: An attachable and detachable handgrip, primarily used with plastic bags, canvas bags and other items with handles, is disclosed. The attachable handgrip comprises a single piece of flat, pliable material that will hold its shape, yet yield easily to force. Paperboard or plastic are two such possible materials. This material is to be cut to a width suitable for the widest example within reason for the human hand, or approximately 3.5 inches. The material may be cut at a length that makes it practical to roll the material, or in the case of plastic, be extruded into a spiral roll. The space between the layers of the roll should be such that it practically accommodates the handles of the items being attached with handles. The end of the material that is the inside of the spiral will have a slight bend to it so that when the handle is unrolled and held a short distance away from the end, a hook is formed for the items to be placed on.
