    Abstract: The present invention discloses an electrical cable for connecting a power source to an electrical load wherein the cable has a plurality of conducting members interconnecting the load with the power source and a dielectric insulating material inserted between the conducting members and separated from their inner surfaces in a manner that reduces the magnetic field between the conducting members, reducing inductance and increasing capacitance.
