  • Patent number: 11703804
Abstract: The method for manufacturing timepiece hairsprings according to the invention comprises the following successive steps: a) forming hairsprings in a wafer, b) forming a thermal compensation layer on the hairsprings, c) identifying the hairsprings having a stiffness within a predetermined range, d) optionally, detaching from the wafer the hairsprings identified in step c), e) modifying the other hairsprings so that the stiffness of at least some of them is within the predetermined range, f) detaching from the wafer these other hairsprings and, if they have not been detached in step d), the hairsprings identified in step c). • Publication number: 20200117143
Abstract: Disclosed is a timepiece blocking device including first and second mobile parts kinematically connected to one another, the first mobile part including a drive device, the second mobile part including a stopping device; a rotating drive member turning in a single direction and cooperating with the drive device to displace the first mobile part, and thus the second mobile part, alternately in opposite directions; and a rotating blocking member tensioned and cooperating with the stopping device to be blocked by the second mobile part and released at determined times by the displacements of the second mobile part. Cooperation between the rotating blocking member and stopping device immobilizes the mobile parts when the rotating drive member does not cooperate with the drive device. In normal operation, the rotating drive member contacts the first mobile part only when cooperating with the drive device, i.e. over less than 60% of one revolution of the rotating drive member.

  • Patent number: 7758237
Abstract: A balance spring-collet assembly for a timepiece movement comprises a collet (1) and a balance spring (3) attached at its inner end to the collet (1). The collet (1) is capable of being mounted onto a shaft (2). The external periphery of the collet (1) defines abutments (10a, 10b, 10c) against which the inner turn of the balance spring (3) may come to rest during a shock before the elastic limit of the inner turn is exceeded. The abutments (10a, 10b, 10c) are situated at respective distances (Ra, Rb, Rc) from the center (O) of the shaft (2) that increase in the direction (D) of the balance spring (3) from the inside to the outside starting at the point (8) of junction between the balance spring (3) and the collet (1).
