Abstract: An apparatus (1) for the production of tear-off lids (27), in which a tear-off film (24) is sealed or glued onto the upper side thereof on a sealing surface (18) arranged around a removal opening (17). The apparatus includes a conveying device (13) for lid blanks (9), lid rings (8), and tear-off lids (27), as well as processing stations (14, 19, 21, 25, 26, 29) which are provided in succession in the conveying direction for processing the lid blanks (9), lid rings (8), and tear-off lids (27) and form a processing zone of the apparatus (1) extending in the conveying direction. At least some of the processing stations (14, 19, 21, 25, 26, 29) have lifting tables (5) for receiving lower machining tools which, in the intended operation of the apparatus (1), execute an intermittent upward and downward movement along lifting table guides (6) and, in doing so, work with the lower machining tools from below against associated upper machining tools which are supported on stationary yokes (4).

Abstract: In a package having a dosing spoon for removing a filling material from the package, a container of the package is sealed with a peel-off lid that has a peel-off lid ring and a peel-off film. A leveling bar is provided that may be attached to the edge of the peel-off lid ring after the peel-off film has been removed. The leveling bar may be present in the package especially in combination with the dosing spoon, so that after the package is opened the leveling bar may be detached from the dosing spoon and may be attached to the edge of the peel-off lid ring.

Abstract: Sealing disks (44) for producing peel-off lids comprising lid rings having a peel-off foil sealed onto the lid ring are produced in that an annular sealing part made of steel (54) is fastened on a main plate (53) made of copper, for example by electron-beam welding, whereupon the sealing part is hardened by laser hardening. In this way, a sealing disk having good thermal conductivity and high wear resistance can be favorably produced.
