Abstract: A method for an on-line home decor service community includes: providing a database; entering pictures or data into the database that provides a definition for one or more interior or exterior spaces, and décor-related items; indicating one or more of the items to renew or replace or change; offering a selection of pre-packaged or pre-rendered designs and a price for the indicated item; offering, contests, discounts, advise, and product information as a part of the community and offering access to the database from a browser-based device. The décor-related items include custom room or space designs, furniture arrangement, flooring selection, lighting, art and accessories plans, draperies selection, paint color selection, fixtures, plantings, architectural embellishments, landscaping and finishes item in a residence or office space.
