  • Patent number: 11401141
Abstract: Lifting equipment for repairing post-collision, damaged or under maintenance vehicles includes a central lifter having an upper platform/framework. Supports for lifting by the vehicle wheels are applied on side profiles of the upper platform/framework, or, alternatively, different supports for lifting by the vehicle underbody/underchassis using rubber pads.

  • Patent number: 11097930
Abstract: There is provided an apparatus for the repair of post-collision or damaged vehicles or those under maintenance, which includes a lifter (1) having an upper platform (2) supported by a lifting mechanism (3) connected to a resting base (4) mounted on the ground. The lifter (1) is activated by an actuator (5) which adjusts the upper platform (2) to the desired height. Wheel resting/gripping supports (6) for the vehicle are removably fixed to the upper platform and allow the vehicle to be lifted and lowered by the lifter. Pushing and/or pulling and/or anchoring equipments (7) for the vehicle are movably mounted on a sliding element (8) which is adapted to be slideably mounted within the structure of the wheel resting/gripping supports thereby allowing the quick mounting and centering of the pushing/pulling/anchoring equipments (7) to the desired points of the vehicle under repair.

  • Publication number: 20120118671
Abstract: Provided for is a vehicle lifting device, of the type adapted to allow the demounting and the re-mounting of the lower parts of the body and/or of the mechanical parts of the vehicle, said lifting device (2) being provided with liftable platforms (3); said lifting device is characterized in that the lifting and the lowering of said liftable platforms occurs by exploiting the same energy that moves the lifting device, hence moving the aforementioned lifting device allows also actuating the mechanism of opening and closure of each of the liftable platforms (3), which provides for the lifting/opening and lowering/closure of said platforms.

  • Patent number: 5967494
Abstract: A power lift for use in body shops for vehicles is described of the type which comprises a bearing plane provided in the lower part with a lifting and lowering group. The lifting group comprises corresponding to each of the lateral sides of the bearing plane a related lifting/lowering mechanism of a scissors arrangement constituted by 2 pairs of parallel levers, articulated between themselves in a middle section, one pair of parallel levers of the lifting group being provided with rollers which slide on the ground along a trajectory parallel to the longitudinal axis of the plane, and another pair of levers being hinged to the ground corresponding to the movable lower ends. The mechanism is operated by at least one fluiddynamic actuator and has one end articulated to the lower arm of one of the two pairs of parallel levers and the other end is articulated by means of a corresponding stirrup to the upper arm of one of two levers.

  • Patent number: 4982595
Abstract: The apparatus comprises a quadrangular frame on which a vehicle to be repaired can be fixed by means of appropriate templates. The frame is rigidly associated with a pantograph mechanism capable of raising and lowering it to the required distance from the ground. Longitudinal guide elements for at least one movable carriage are fixed to the frame, and a support for a device for tensioning the damaged bodywork is pivoted to the carriage and can rotate on a substantially horizontal plate. At least one pair of wheeled vehicle-holder crosspieces are slidable on the frame and are associated with adjustable-height wheeled elements. Each crosspiece has two jacks for lifting and positioning a vehicle on the templates.
